I did not abandon the fic, or my tumblr, or this niche side of the pjo fandom. I’m just focusing on other things, other hyperfixations, to relax bcs some shit really been hitting the fan these past months and it’s been hard to stay creative so I’m letting it flow naturally wherever it wanna go instead of forcing it somewhere I want it to stay just so I can be consistent without really putting my entire heart into it (and inevitably getting bitter about it and entering an ever worse state of mind, considering creating things is the only therapy I have xD)

I really thought things would get better in novermber, but they didn’t. But I’ll eventually be back here, I just don’t know when.

(also, I preferred to avoid being here while the show was airing bcs I grew really annoyed by show adaptations these past years and I didn’t want to spoil anyone’s fun)

Also, I decided to turn a fic I never published (and never will publish, not as a fic) into a original work so that’s it too 🥂 (I think I can classify it as somewhat dark fantasy??? a little high fantasy??? I’m not good in classifying genres, ngl, but it’s definitely fantasy 😅)

Hi! Rk I’m going through some important stuff regarding my studies, so until this is over I won’t update, so probably just in December. Alongside with that I’ve been emotionally drained because of some things that happened in my personal life, specially regarding my family, and as my own life and personal experiences as a huge part of the inspiration for WTHB (mostly as allegories, ofc, I was never stuck 17 years in an island, was turned into a snake or contaminated by a magical disease), I’m having a hard time writing it rk. It’s funny bcs I started to cope with those same things, but chapters 10 (last posted) and 11 (the second part that was actually part of chapter 10 but I cut it in half bcs I didn’t want a 25k+ words chapter) are personally hard to me.

I hope to return soon. In the meanwhile I’m still creating art on TikTok, bcs, yk, if I just focus on chemistry or physics 24/7 I’ll literally explode 😮‍💨
