Im mostly going to talk to my friends on here and reblog stuff I think is cool, and I'm gonna try to keep my account private cuz I get overwhelmed when I get lots of notifications.

I use they/them, I'm nonbinary and X4X and disabled. Im terminally ill and I'm in hospice care.

I hope you truly suffer. I don't say this lightly. That is not acceptable behavior under any circumstances, and if I EVER find out who you are, I am not only reporting you, but I will share that information publicly to protect others from how hateful you are.

I will be turning off anonymous asks for Jin's account, my sincerest apologies to any of Jin's friends on here who see this or have received similar interactions. Heavens know if Jin is getting this on an account only used by their family what's happening to active users on here.

We've just finished arranging for their funeral, which is being held at our local meetinghouse. Their medical equipment is being donated to a few trusted organizations that accept these things, and we're bringing the things from their room at hospice back home to put back in their old bedroom.

In the coming weeks there may be random messages or posts we post here, either per Jin's request or because they were in their drafted posts. This includes a poem, a handful of messages Jin requested we send to close friends on here, and a post that they never finished writing before they passed that we saved when the hospice staff called us in yesterday.

We weren't going to answer many asks or comments but we got this one and similar questions from friends and family, so we figured we would answer.

We are fine in terms of costs. 3 working members of the household plus really good insurance and disability services means that Jin's funeral and hospice care have already been fully covered.

If you want to send support outside of words, we request on Jin's behalf that you either donate to the Williams Syndrome Association (I'll attach a link at the end of the post) or that you edit/add a page to the Simple Wikipedia

Jin, known to their friends on tumblr as anon, passed away last night in their sleep. It was very sudden, and their parents and I are still in a bit of shock.

There may be a few final things that we post to their tumblr on their behalf in the coming weeks, but we are taking today to recover and grieve before we arrange their funeral.
