Hey so I read your first shift post. How did you shift? (I mean your first shift) and now how are you shifting so much what is the secret? (When ppl can't even shift even once in so many years) do you have a method or do you just use loa? It would be nice if you told us!
my very first successful shift happened when i decided to.
i set the intention, went to sleep, and knew i would wake up in my dr. and if the 3d showed me anything else, then i simply knew that wasnāt mine.
the shift itself didnāt feel like a process, it felt like a decision that was already complete the moment i made it. and thatās what really changed everything for me.
because the moment you decide youāre there, you are there. not later. not after effort. not after proof. but in the exact moment of decision itself.
everything else after that is just unfolding awareness.
as for a āsecretā⦠there isnāt one.
the biggest change for me was realising that shifting is an innate ability. there isnāt a āright wayā to do it because itās something weāre already doing constantly.
so the āsecretā is letting go of the idea that there even is a secret.
itās not about finding the perfect method or technique. itās not about doing more. itās about realising that nothing outside of you is going to make it happen.
there is nothing i can say or give you that will make you shift, because that power has always been yours.
and failure doesnāt exist in this either.
failure only exists if you define an experience as failure. but if everything is just experience happening through awareness, then nothing can actually go wrong.
you donāt get sent back. you donāt get denied. you donāt lose access.
you simply experience, and then interpret, and then continue.
and that interpretation is the only place āfailureā can ever exist, which means itās optional.
you are not trying to force your way into a reality.
you are awareness itself, moving through different points of experience.
pure awareness doesnāt travel, it doesnāt struggle, it doesnāt try.
it simply is.
so when you say āi am there,ā youāre not creating something new, youāre recognising whatās already true in that moment of awareness.
my method now is still the same. i set the intention at night and wake up in my dr.
and i know it can feel frustrating to hear this, especially when youāve been trying for so long.
i was there too. i spent 5 years thinking there was something to unlock, something to fix, something to earn.
when in reality, it was always just me misunderstanding myself.
so if thereās anything to take away from this, itās this: you are not getting there. you already shifted the moment you decided to.
