The end result, again everything is done freehand, even the application design, the only thing planned out was the cross and the gold lace on the circle and the sleeves, everything around the circle is freehand

In my vision the vaccinated and non-vaccinated are at war, there's a huge wall between them protecting each "tribe" from the dangers on the other side. The non-vaccinated still worship the cross, while the vaccinated now worship the syringe which happens to look like an upside down cross.
