“rarity, are you alright?  you’re usually not this late...”  flutters gently gazed at the unicorn, a worried expression on her face.  she understands if rarity is about ten minutes late; she was a very busy pony after all; but.. she was an entire hour late today.

she is currently brushing up some wolf pups; after all, they must look their best!  who wants to be a messy wolf anyways?  as she brushes them, she sang a little song for them; to help keep them calm and still.

she looked up and saw someone approaching her little cottage; oh, what a lovely surprise!  she smiled at them, then told the pups to go ahead and go home.  they ran off to their den, all prettied up for mama wolf.

she lounged on the blanket she set out, and waved to the being coming towards her home.  she was well known nowadays, and has come out of her shell just a little; welcoming newcomers to her home with gentle kindness.

“What? You aren’t decent at best! You’re one of my best friends, and the kindest pony I know! You know that, don’t you, Fluttershy?” Twilight can and will spend the day with the yellow pegasus, should she be feeling down!
