unqualified for friendship

I'm house sitting for my sister right now and her cat has like super long and super fine fur that gets in your eyes and nose and because they individual hairs are so absurdly fine they're nearly impossible to get out of your eyes without a magnifying mirror and a lot of patience and she INSISTS on laying on my face and if I try to gently push her off enough times she starts biting

ooooughgh there's this thing of condos that's like,, right next to a bus stop that goes directly to my work, an 8 minute drive from my parent's, a 7 minute walk from my sister's (and by extension my niece when she's old enough to go places on her own), across the street from a 711, a pizza place, a grocery store and a bunch of other useful things and the units look really nice I wanna live there so baaadddd but I think it's like 100k over my budget based on what I'll be able to afford in 4 years. maybe in like 8 years when I'm nearly 40
