What we wanted to achieve with this project was to highlight how the world unconsciously throws itself into ignorance without even realizing it. We wanted to do something interactive and let people pop a balloon and answer some questions. We posed it light-heartedly to get better attention, yet we found people would rather ignore you than give you the time of day. The "non-response" is a response within itself! The people who did answer all happened to be present in the moment, aka not have headphones on, and we were able to have some really cool conversations with people.

We filmed this in multiple locations throughout FIU that would be interesting. At first, our main goal was to pop these umbrella bags as best as possible. Since our sentence had to do with popping the bubble of "ignorance", we instead let the bags thrive by not popping them in every clip.
