While doing this the company is taking steps to keep us all nice & safe. However moral is way down in the company. Feelings of dread & defeat after chasing down leads for things that sometimes lead to dead ends. I hope those feeling defeated can take a step back in the long run & see that the hard work they are putting in is making a difference.

I think everyone needs to take a breath & look at all the people that are out of a job for an undetermined amount of time and be thankful that we are still given a choice to work.

I am thankful for the path I am on & can't wait to see what lies ahead!

Mistakes happen in life no one is perfect, but once someone has owned up to their mistake, why do you feel the need to continue to make them pay for that mistake on daily bases? This will certainly cause them to want to turn away from you all together.

Just to be clear, you should feel like shit for what you did.

Well my mom has had a brain aneurysm, that they found a few years ago. It's been a life changer for her & part of the reason she didn't go back to work, because one wrong bump to the head could = death. They adjust her meds every 6 monts to year, so her body doesn't get used to them. Most of them made her sick & kept her in bed days at a time. Mom recently had her 6 month scan to check the status of the aneurysm, & there are no signs of it. Her doctor is in shock, because aneurysms don't just go around disappearing. My mom told her doctor that it was the power of prayer. He doctor is a Scientologist, & rescanned her to be sure the test wasn't wrong. Second test also shows no aneurysm. Mom still has to go back in 6 months for a follow up, but they said they can start weaning her off her medication, little by little. Sorry text is so long. 💜❤

At work, I am underpaid & not appreciated. I work 45-55 hours in a 5 day Work week. I do book keeping, payroll, Sales & Customer Service, I pull weeds, I write estimates, I write contracts, I do the invoicing, I create the landscape designs & pull permits. I play therapist, I move rock, I order the materials for jobs, I fill out vendor paperwork, I network the companies my boss owns, I upkeep the websites, & FB... I get no vacation, sick days, bonuses or raises. I was offered a job that is 40 hours a week, vacation, sick time, yearly bonus, yearly raise... But I kind of love the work I do, & am having a hard time quitting.

When someone has an attitude tone in their voice when speaking to you, but trips when you respond with the same tone... Well I responded to you the way you spoke to me. "You don't talk to me like that" What you don't like being treated how you treat other people?
