He is, admittedly, more effeminate, you can tell just by looking at him and how he presents himself

But perhaps he's not QUITE as comfortable in his femininity as you'd expect, since in life, he was EXPECTED to look this way

He is, surprisingly, less dysphoric in Hell than he was alive, even as a porn star where everyone has seen his body, pretty much everyone sees him as male. They still might be assholes about it, and you can expect him to face some transphobia, but it does empower him a little that the vast majority of demons see him as male

Because he's so widely viewed as how he identifies, his confidence shot STRAIGHT up, and that does help keep dysphoria at bay
