bro finally put this up in his house :)

took tht too salty pork and simmered it in some water w/ a couple bayleaves to draw the salt out and make a yummy broth. then i made a delicious bbq pulled pork. now i have broth nn i might make some dumplings or smth for em tmrw bc i only like pork broth as soup base for noodles or dumplings not rly for the veggice

was feeling like Pure Shite so i thot i was gna throw some pork in the oven for a couple hrs but no. the half hour journey i went on preparing tht fckin pork before i threw it in the oven..... the spice rub tht wldve been so good but i started doubting nn adding more salt to balance wht i thought i had overspiced..... boy u shlda jst left it. spice rub was excellent tho for totally pulling tht shit outta my ass

aaand now im done :) 5 chicken burgirs (i eated one) plus the red curry and quinoa. tht plus breakfast (which i do not prep jst cook day of) shld last me 2-3 more days. plus my juice tht i didnt show u but it's jst an antifungal juice to chase my wormwood tincture bc tht shit is fcking digusting lol. then on wednesday i do it all ovr again :) which for relatively simple recipes it uhh took a lotta time nn now i have hella dishes i see why i typically only eat twice a day nn eat one of those meals outta the house :') glad this is only a week bc i can not do this all the time for sureee.
