Just read Nimrod, loved Charlotte and Coils interactions, and now I can't stop engineering nightmarish timelines where Taylor and Coil have an awful pseudo mentorship/"friendship".
For whatever reason the undersiders don't exist so Coil's willing to pull out all the stops to get one of the bay's few independent capes on his side. He outs Sophia as a ward to Taylor and massively over exaggerates the PRTs role in her bullying. Then feeds her some slop about how he's trying to "control the bay's criminal underworld for the betterment of the city"
Obviously he's bullshitting her and will resort to kidnapping if Taylor says no, but her distrust of authority and feelings about Sophia/the PRT are enough to push her to his side (so long as he keeps up the antihero facade). That and Coil is someone who probably could get her a transfer to Arcadia.
Admittedly Taylor has only ever shown weird pseudo parental biases towards women (looking at you miss militia), but I baselessly support her running criminal errands to win the approval of the worst man in the city that only sees her as a tool/pet.
And while it doesn't really fit the tone of a Coil story, this does present a funny opportunity for Taylor to engage in passive aggressive warfare with the arcadia heroes (whose identities she knows), thinking they're all corrupt bullies while they just think she's some weird new girl.
Tattletale turning up to the bay later just to demolish Taylor and call her out on all her hypocritical bullshit.
Taylor bending over backwards to explain how doing mercenary work for a millionaire criminal is actually a good thing.
Coil feels her slipping away and transitions to take advantage of her mommy issues better.
Taylor instantly loses all her progress in becoming less hypocritical/dependent on Coil and comes running back to mommy Calvert. Lisa facepalms

What would the Nine think about Hazmat?
Jack - Does actually like her and would make an effort to keep her alive, but not at all in a paternal way. She's like a weird buddy/mini-him he cares about and thinks she should try to be less boring by murdering people.
Bonesaw - Genuinely likes Taylor and wants a big sister, but also takes no small amount of joy from proving she's still the favourite child.
Siberian - Deeply envious of Jack having a daughter and alternates between wanting to kill Taylor and getting annoyed she's not trying to have a closer relationship with her father.
Shatterbird - Does not get along with Taylor in the slightest but mostly swallows her distaste to not upset jack. Still very passive aggressive when it's just the two of them.
Crawler - Incredibly interested in Taylor's power adapting to (near) always find a way to degrade things. Desperately wants her to use it on him non-stop.
Mannequin - maybe the only tinker in the world that doesn't get fucked over by Taylor's power. Completely indifferent to her.
Burnscar - When she's high on her power she encourages Taylor to use her own recklessly, when she's down again she vaguely implies Taylor should run as far away from the nine as she can.
Cherish - Thinks she can use Taylor as another avenue to control Jack/the nine. Tries to be manipulative. Fails.

is there any chance u know whether her eye colour is yellow textually or has just been accepted as canon by the wider worm community (which is fine if so!!! just curious)
Thank you very much and as far as I'm aware her eyes have only been described as "striking" but never actually given a colour. I personally support yellow eyed Amy with no evidence because I think she would look cool.
As for my cosplay, it was inspired by three specific pieces of Amy fanart, all of which feature her with yellow eyes.

Lisa discovers Taylor's planning to turn herself in to the PRT post echidna and decides to use her (now bottomless) well of wealth and resources to make sure there's a constant stream of low level threats in the bay. All so Taylor never feels like she has a chance to leave.
18 months and 150 cape mercenary groups later Taylor started to get suspicious. At this point Lisa will have to try really feeding her ecstasy.

Jekyll and hyde-esque case 70 that's unaware they have an internal twin.
From their (and everyone else's) perspective they randomly switch out and regain control hours later having acted completely different in the interim.
Either having a warped version of the originals personality/behavior if the internal twin has no real mind to go off of, or suddenly gaining one and acting like a baby with all the muscle memory (and potentially normal memories) of an adult.
