I didn't grab a post Zumba® pic and this is the post Pound® pic from last night. I'm still working on the format for keeping everyone engaged and happy with both formats. Be on the lookout for emails today that I think will keep everyone happy! Summer bodies and made in winter; something my mentor Darry Dew taught me... so let's go let's work! Both formats together with proper diet, will get you results! And what do you have to lose with free classes throughout the end of the year? Let's go let's work! Bring your friends! You all did a fantastic job!! Missing Hugh Fleming, Eileen Tan, Dorene Fiatoa, Adellen Takaoka, Sally Ferrer, and others who worked their butts off in class! I am so blessed from the moment I started as a student here with Darryl Dew 4 years ago.. thanks are not enough to all.

It was ANOTHER hot and fun sweat sesh tonight! We were blessed to have amazing instructors tonight gracing the stage, including @ange_licious from @unkozgaragellc !! Thank you @vernkatz @islandhiker Val and Sexycrew! It's always a blast with you all. And of course, to the students ~ you truly are all an inspiration to me. See you on Wednesday!!
