At 188lbs, this is the heaviest I've been in over 3 years. I'm starting to hit that mental wall where you just feel like you're gonna get fat, but there's no point on stopping now being so close to 200lbs. It's definitely tough not allowing your mind to play tricks on you. I promised myself I'd get to 200 and I'm gonna do it. I love this journey I'm in.
