Sienna was stuck as she smiles. "Come in. Sorry, they're holding me hostage."

“It’s ok” Emilia smiles softly before sitting on the bed. She’s in an oversized hoodie and pyjama pants and looks exhausted

The last thing Andromeda Howlett remembers doing is laying down for a quick nap in the middle of March. The next thing she remembers is waking up from a sweet, cosy dream in the middle of a busy street, a whole neighbourhood away from her apartment. One of those electronic stores with display TVs in the window has the news on for the 11th of June.

3 months. 3 months, Andromeda has been asleep. But that couldn't be right, could it? It doesn't feel like it's been that long, and yet... It certainly looks it. His hair has grown longer, now far below her shoulders with thicker, brighter amber strands glinting under the afternoon sun. Her clothes have changed too. Where she'd gone to bed in an old sleep shirt and boxers, Andromeda was now dressed for patrol despite having no recollection of doing so. In his confusion, he stumbles around, still bleary-eyed and leaving behind a thick trail of glittering dust everywhere she turns. She gets so turned around in his still half-asleep state, in fact, that he bumps right into somebody and lands flat on her ass.

Sienna was sorta used to this- Three months of her child going through this daydream like state. Three months of her trying to help, even trying to her her husband to help her.

She knelt down as she offers her hand out. "Andi..... It's mama." She whispers softly as she smiles. Seeing if she'll get the same dull reaction or for once she'll get that soft tone of her child.

Her eyes shimmer as she gently leans in and brushed their hair out of their face. "Andromeda....?"

Andromeda blinks slowly, managing to stay focused enough to recognise Sienna. He immediately leans towards her like a sunflower chasing sunlight, fingers wrapping around her wrists.

"Mama? Oh, thank God... I don't know what's going on..."

Sienna smiles as she rubs their face. Brushing their hair back as she hums a bit, her energy was warm and light. She's always been good at being a light for others anyways.

"I'm sorry you feel that way... you've had, best I can describe it- is like sleepwalking spells? I'm not hundred percent sure. But you usually are out of it..."

"How- How long? How long have I been asleep?"

Andromeda silently prays it's not as long as the clues around her have made it seem.

Oh..

Sienna frowns slightly as she tugs her child closer. Letting them lean into her as she thinks. "Three months...it's been on and off again for three months..."

He lets out a heavy sigh, still deep in denial. There's no way he's been asleep that long. Nobody can sleep that long! It just doesn't seem like a thing the body should be able to do.

But when has her body ever worked the way any "normal" body should?

"...It didn't feel that long."

"I know..." Sienna whispers as she sighs. She ruffles her hair a bit as she looks around. "Wanna head home for a bit...? I'll make you some tea and we can chat a bit."

Sienna was worried. But she tucked it away for now, Andromeda didn't need that worry.

"...Okay. Tea sounds nice. Just wanna get off the street."

He silently fumbles around for Sienna's hand, squeezing it tight once he finds it. Just making sure he is awake.

Sienna hums as she helps him up. Her eyes shimmer as she felt their emotions, gently keeping him closer as they walked towards home. "Okay, home it is..."

"Home... Do any other people know about this? I hope- God, I hope I haven't caused any trouble while I was asleep-"

Her grip tightens around Sienna's hand a little.

Sienna shakes her head as she hums softly. "Your dad does... Zoë, had noticed it and mentioned it to us."

She got him inside as she settles her child in a seat. "Logan, we're home...." She calls out sweetly as she makes a pot of tea.

All Andromeda can really do about the knowledge that his sleepwalking issue has been affecting more than just one person is hum in discomfort. Back home, he curls up in a seat and watches Sienna move.

"Da's home?"

Sienna drops the tea down as she rubs her hand through his hair. "Yeah.... It's fine really. He's just trying to clean up the garage, I have him doing summer chores."

She sat down with her own cup. She offers her hand towards him as she sips hers gently.

"Da's doing chores?" Andromeda remarks.

Of course. Even in this state, he finds a way to be a thorn in his father's side. She snorts and blows the top of her cup to cool the tea down.

"...Thank you."

Sienna tilts her head as she hums. "Because he's a grump and can help me out." She slightly jokes .

Her eyes shimmer as emotions washed over her. "Don't. You're our child, you're supposed to rely on us whenever you need us."

He sighs before taking a sip. He's pouting into his cup the entire time.

"I guess... I didn't mean to cause all this trouble, though."

Sienna stares at Andromeda as she scoots closer. Leaning in as she brushed a stray hair back.

"Sweetie. I'll rather you cause some trouble... If it's a medical thing, I don't mind it. I want to be here for you. Me and your dad both do. We love you."

"I don't even think it's a medical thing, I think there's just something wrong with me..."

He leans right into Sienna's touch. So what if he's whining? He's allowed. For now, anyway. And only around Sienna. Shit, he hopes Logan isn't close enough to hear any of this.

Sienna hums as she sips her tea. Letting him lean as she runs a hand down his back. "Mmm I day it's something for sure. You sleep waking for that long isn't...typical. But none of us are in this family..."

She looks behind her as she heard steps getting closer.

"I guess... Just..."

Andromeda trails off. He knows those footsteps anyway. Immediately, he just goes quiet, chewing on his bottom lip and shifting away from Sienna.

"...Nevermind."

Logan leans into the wall into the kitchen. He watched the two as he crossed his arms over his chest. "Not gonna talk to your ma?"

Sienna slowly looks back to him. "Leave him be, he was, we have. I'm just being a worried wort about my child..."

"Our child... I am allowed to be worried too. You're not the only one who cares." Logan spoke up, his voice gruff yet sounding stern.

Andromeda keeps his eyes down and pretends to be really occupied by his tea. This is exactly why he hates going to Logan for things. Hates bothering the man at all. That's all it ever feels like when he does – a bother.

"I'm fine now," he mumbles. "I'm sorry."

Logan sighs out, his steps thud as he walks on over. Squatting down between the two as he looks to his wife then to Andi.

"Kid. Look at your dad." He stated a bit gently. Trying to ease into the conversation- "I do care. Just because your ma is better at this gushy, feelings things. Doesn't mean I don't wanna hear about it, you're fears and hopes. I wanna be there for you..."

Andromeda turns her head as slowly as she can, side-eyeing Logan first, then facing him fully. His words make tears rise in her eyes, threatening to spill. The teen sniffles, gaze flitting back down to her cup again.

"...I know," Andromeda says. "I didn't... Mean to cause this much trouble s'all."

Logan looks at her for a second. Brushing their hair back as he leans in, bumping their foreheads together. "None of that. Like your mom said, we're supposed to be here for that. We love you. We both do Andi."

Sienna nods her head as she leans over. Pulling Andi into a small side hug. "I love you...so much. You're amazing child...we wanna do this for you."

The teen melts into all the affection. Glimmering tears roll down his cheeks as he reaches out to embrace both his parents.

"I just- I didn't realise- I didn't want to... I was so scared when I woke up... I can't imagine the- The things you guys have had to do just 'cuz of me..."

Sienna nods her head as she understands that fear and pain. Her own personal hell with Hydra made her mind a jumble mess. But to know her own child's mutation was making it this way, it was a bit different.

"You're allowed to want this. To need this my dear. You're not a strong person without us. You're stronger because of us being here.... We will figure this out together. We always will."

"But- But what if it happens again? Before we figure it out? I wouldn't know. I don't even know if I could wake myself up. I couldn't even figure out I was dreaming. What if- What if this is just a dream?"

Sienna bumps her forehead with hers. "what about this... I dream scape the next time it happens. It'll be a moment before we wake up. But I can do that..."

Logan blinks at his wife's offer. "Hey, we both know that can be dangerous." He reminds her, but- if this a way to lessen the damage if Andromeda falls under again?

Andromeda darts between his parents. She's still sniffling.

"But- But then you'll be gone too. I can't let you do that. It's not- It's not fair."

Sienna waves a hand. "We will manage. Your papa knows what to do if I get stuck. He'll figure it out. We, will figure it out."

Sleeping Siren (open rp)

Once again it was that time, the home of Sienna's was kept cold. Reasonable considering the outdoors have been hotter with summer creeping in, but it was also due to her month change.

Her tail thuds on the floor, scales fluttered her skin. The hues of shimmering teal, blue and purple would caught anyone's attention. But her pitched black eyes, lights bounced off them and showed a mini galaxy in them.

Her fins replaced her ears, scattered over her arms and down the side of her tail. It sways and moved as she was drifting off the sleep.

Sienna was supposed to do something today, just couldn't remember what it was. To spend time with a friend, to see her children, spend time with a loved one or even she made plans.

Hopefully she didn't forget. Especially as slumber took over and let the siren fall into her slumber.

A sigh left her as she curls into the makeshift blanket nest she made. Her head buried in as her tail moves side to side. Content in her sleep.

Emilia made her way to sit on the rocks at the edge of the ocean. She was meant to meet her mother there today. She looks around, trying to see if she was already in the ocean or nearby

Sienna pokes her head out from the blankets. Her eyes shimmer as she gently eyes Emilia. Completely quiet as she doesn't dare to speak. Her frilly fins poke out and whoosh as she stares.

Emilia finally sees her and smiles widely “mama” she sits on the edge of the rocks, her legs dipping into the water. She opens her bag “I brought snacks”

Sienna made her way over as she slowly crawls out the water. She sat a bit below as she tilts her head. Scales shimmer in the sunlight as she tilts her head. Her tail swayed side to side as she was curious.

“I have sandwiches and chocolates” she explains softly, laying them out on the rocks for Sienna to see

Sienna melts at this as she beams. She lights up as she finds her own bag, it was a net- and shows Emilia a fish she got her.

Emilia smiles widely before taking the net “thank you mama…. Come on, eat” she hands her a sandwich

Sienna chirps as she takes the sandwich. Taking a bite as she sways her tail around. She chirps a bit at Emilia. Her usual questions as always- 'hows my child?'

(I missed him- life has gotten less busy so Carlos is back! Will pick up old Carlos rps eventually but for now here’s this!)

Carlos had been on a month long mission, completely alone. No one in Hydra but Pierce knew where he went. It was a well kept secret. But he’s finally back.

Carlos sighs as he looks through a few older files in his room, the mission had left him… exhausted. But he can’t tell anyone about it. And now to make things even worse, his twin Katrina had invited him over for dinner.

Carlos glances up when he hears his door open, he’d invited someone to come with him. Carlos looks completely exhausted, and his eyes have dulled even more than they usually are. “Ready to go?” His voice is sharp, cold.

Was it evident that Sienna was a bit surprised he left for a month. A tad. But she couldn't say it was a full on surprise. It happened at times, rarely sure but it did happen.

The children were just harder to tell that too-

Her heels clicked as she brushed her curls back, the fabric of her simple dress sways. Sienna crossed her arms as she eyes him for a solid moment. "Are you sure you're up to this?" She knows he wasn't. It was clear as day he wasn't.

Carlos eyes flick to Sienna, there incredibly dull, haunted almost. “I have to be.” He mumbles as he shoves a jacket on, blinking a few times and working to gentle his voice. “I missed you. You look lovely.” He glances towards her.

Sienna walks on over, adjusted the jacket as she hums. "You have to yes..." She smooths her hands over. "You look nice, besides looking like a ghost." She gently held his chin as she kissed his forehead.

Carlos’ eyes flick down and he lets out a slow breath. “It was just a long mission.” He gently pulls her hand off him, walking towards the door, tucking his arms around his chest.

"Fine..." She stated softer as she looks to his back. An alarm went off in her head as she noticed the way he was. Something had to have happened during his mission.

She follows behind him as she keeps her hands to herself. "Come on then... Let's get this over with."

Carlos eyes flick to her, he’s pale, eyes full of… nothing. “Yes, I’m assuming Katrina just wants to try to get information about my mission.” He frowns and walks out of the room, guiding Sienna to a car.

Sienna hums in acknowledgement. Walking out as she got in on her side. Her eyes shimmer as she felt the nothing trying to crawl over her. A deep breath leaves her as she shields her own mind.

Carlos starts to quietly drive, tapping his finger against the steering wheel. His eyes shift to Sienna. “I’m sorry I’m not myself…”

She slowly looks at him as she shakes her head. "It's a valid reaction to coming back to this... Whatever the mission was like, it will take a toll.."

Carlos’ eyes dart back out the window. His hands flex out. “It wasn’t something I was prepared for.” He mumbles tightly as he stops the car. “I’m fine.”

Sienna gree quiet at his tone. She zips up quickly as she looks out the window. As they came to a stop, her nails were clawed into her thighs. "Let's get this over with..." She mutters out.

Carlos stares out the window for a long moment, a blank look in his eyes before he pushes the door car door open, he’s acting nothing like himself. Katrina opens the door with a fake smile. “Carlos… come in, so good you’re back from your mission. Come in asset.” She snaps at Sienna.

Sienna took a moment longer before joining him. She clenched her hands into fists as she stood behind him, giving him space as she was quiet. Only frustration was in her eyes at the moment.

“Hello Katrina.” Carlos says sharply as he walks into the house. Katrina moves to the table. “Sit.” She gestured to a chair for Carlos and the floor for Sienna. Carlos sighs and sits, glancing towards Sienna, giving her a silent apology.

Her eye more likely twitched, she felt it. A huff left her as she sat behind his chair, sitting on the floor as she stares off for now. Her eyes were red-

Carlos tenses and reaches back to touch her arm before focusing on Katrina. “Why’d you invite me?” He says coldly. Katrina chuckles and sits. “I want to know what the mission is… I mean even your pet doesn’t know.” She gestures to Sienna.

Sienna reeled from his touch. Her eyes still focused off as she hugs her knees to her chest. Listening in on their conversation as she stayed silent as a mouse.

Carlos frowns and pulls back, staring straight ahead at Katrina, eyes hollow. “I can’t tell you about it. If father wanted you to know he would’ve told you.” His tone is flat. Katrina scoffs. “I should know, I suspect what you did and I should know!”

Sienna blinks at this. Seeking Katrina throw a hissy fit over not knowing. She wasn't surprised...

Carlos frowns and leans back. “Father will tell you if he wants you to know.” Katrina tilts her head, reaching out and smoothing down a piece of Carlos hair. “But if it’s what I suspect… it directly affects me.” Her eyes slide to Sienna. “You wouldn’t want me to do anything to your dear asset.”

Sienna heard that, she stares up to him as she blink twice. Don't. She'll be fine.

She looks back ahead as she rubs her eyes. Feeling the sting of the emotions between the two. Katrina was vibing with frustration and rage secretly. Frustrated she wasn't get her way so quickly -

Carlos leans back and frowns. His eyes flick to Sienna then back to Katrina. “If it’s what I think, it’s my project.” Katrina snaps, she slides a glass of water over to Carlos.

Carlos sighs and sips the water. “Father will tell you if he wants to…” He sounds incredibly tired, he fiddles with the glass. “You have no right to touch Sienna.”

Sienna was quiet as she listened. Seeing as she watched the glass of water for a moment. Questioning anything she gave them-

She blinks at Carlos protecting her. But it eased slightly as she wasn't surprised.

Katrina sighs, shaking her head. “I may work with the none enhanced assets, but Sienna is not ammuine to me. Now I’d like to know your mission… brother.”

Carlos glares and sips his water. “Father will tell you!” He yells, he never yells-

Sienna was quiet as she felt the chair scoot back. She slowly moved with it as she stood up, just because she was quiet didn't mean she wasn't willing to fight-

Katrina frowns and waves a hand. “You’re not allowed to touch me asset, down. And Carlos… yelling now hm?’ Carlos waves a hand at Sienna. “Katrina…” He blinks a few times and winces.

Sienna simply ignored Katrina as she walked over. Taking the glass Carlos had drank from and took a sip herself. Staring straight at Katrina as she didn't trust this- what was her game. And why was Carlos acting weird after drinking it?

“Oh don’t even bother threatening me, I gave Carlos a light drugging, I just need to know if my father went through with his threats.” Katrina gestures to Carlos. “His mission.” Carlos winces and touches his forehead. “I… I kill… killed…”

Typical.

Sienna dumps the water in the table as she eyes him. Listening to his words as she frowns. She knows how he is with killing.

But what even happened.

“Was it my project?” Katrina spits out. Carlos nods shakily, he’s pale and shaking. Katrina curses and slams her hand down. “Sienna… go…” Carlos holds his hand out for her, he’s going to be in so much trouble with Pierce for telling Katrina that- he’ll explain to Sienna soon… he feels sick.

Sienna gently stares at him as she tries for his hand. "I am not leaving without you..." She states softly, her eyes shimmer as she watched him also fall into the table. She quickly catches him.

"Katrina what did you give him?" She demands.

Katrina watches amused. “It’s not like I’m going to kill him Sienna, I just need to know some information. It’s my own drug, you should know it if you’ve been around Xavier. Makes them talk.”

Carlos groans and clutches his head, trying to stand. “Father sent… program. Stopped your program…” He sways.

Sienna catches him again as she stables him to sit. She was quiet as she knew the drug, it'll just make him woozy and feel sick for a while.

She stares at Katrina as she was furious. Her hands gently shook as she tried to stay calm for his sake.

Katrina huffs and waves a hand. “Get out of my sight. I need to talk to my father.” Carlos leans heavily into Sienna.

Sienna frowns as she helps Carlos of of there. Her steps were light as she eased him into the passenger seat. "How are you feeling...." She asked softly. Buckling him in as she checks him over.

Carlos collapses down in the chair, breathing heavily. “Sick- I told her… Sienna, Pierce is going to kill me-”

Sienna was quiet as she looks down at his lap. "We'll... manage." She whispers out as she went around into the driver's seat. She got the car on as she took his hand- "Just get rest...."

“I killed them.” Carlos whispers blankly, his hand curls around hers as he stares out the window. “I killed them… they were innocent, there were children-” His eyes are glazed over.

Sienna froze at this as she watched him try to block out the memory. She was, questioning the motives of Pierce more then his.

She leans over as she pressed her head into his shoulder. Listening to his breathing for a moment. "....you didn't have a choice...right?"

Carlos shudders and shakes his head, he feels nothing like himself right now. “Hydra had a program in Germany- tricked innocent people into being part of Katrina’s none enhanced assets program- it was getting too much attention, Father sent me there to scope it out- see if it was worth keeping.” He chokes on his breath.

Sienna was already thinking, it had to have gotten out of hand-

"She couldn't control it I'm assuming. Too much attention to the public eye?" She whispers out.

Carlos nods shakily. “Too many people got snatched, people were getting suspicious.” He doubles over and hides his face.

“I reported back to father, he told me to destroy it… kill everyone. They were innocent- innocent people Sienna! There were children- I…” He lets out a broken sob

Sienna rubs his back as she let him cry it out. Her eyes shook as she pressed a kiss to his head. "I'm so sorry...I'm so sorry Carlos..." She held him closer.

“Hello Katrina.” Carlos says sharply as he walks into the house. Katrina moves to the table. “Sit.” She gestured to a chair for Carlos and the floor for Sienna. Carlos sighs and sits, glancing towards Sienna, giving her a silent apology.

Her eye more likely twitched, she felt it. A huff left her as she sat behind his chair, sitting on the floor as she stares off for now. Her eyes were red-

Carlos tenses and reaches back to touch her arm before focusing on Katrina. “Why’d you invite me?” He says coldly. Katrina chuckles and sits. “I want to know what the mission is… I mean even your pet doesn’t know.” She gestures to Sienna.

Sienna reeled from his touch. Her eyes still focused off as she hugs her knees to her chest. Listening in on their conversation as she stayed silent as a mouse.

Carlos frowns and pulls back, staring straight ahead at Katrina, eyes hollow. “I can’t tell you about it. If father wanted you to know he would’ve told you.” His tone is flat. Katrina scoffs. “I should know, I suspect what you did and I should know!”

Sienna blinks at this. Seeking Katrina throw a hissy fit over not knowing. She wasn't surprised...

Carlos frowns and leans back. “Father will tell you if he wants you to know.” Katrina tilts her head, reaching out and smoothing down a piece of Carlos hair. “But if it’s what I suspect… it directly affects me.” Her eyes slide to Sienna. “You wouldn’t want me to do anything to your dear asset.”

Sienna heard that, she stares up to him as she blink twice. Don't. She'll be fine.

She looks back ahead as she rubs her eyes. Feeling the sting of the emotions between the two. Katrina was vibing with frustration and rage secretly. Frustrated she wasn't get her way so quickly -

Carlos leans back and frowns. His eyes flick to Sienna then back to Katrina. “If it’s what I think, it’s my project.” Katrina snaps, she slides a glass of water over to Carlos.

Carlos sighs and sips the water. “Father will tell you if he wants to…” He sounds incredibly tired, he fiddles with the glass. “You have no right to touch Sienna.”

Sienna was quiet as she listened. Seeing as she watched the glass of water for a moment. Questioning anything she gave them-

She blinks at Carlos protecting her. But it eased slightly as she wasn't surprised.

Katrina sighs, shaking her head. “I may work with the none enhanced assets, but Sienna is not ammuine to me. Now I’d like to know your mission… brother.”

Carlos glares and sips his water. “Father will tell you!” He yells, he never yells-

Sienna was quiet as she felt the chair scoot back. She slowly moved with it as she stood up, just because she was quiet didn't mean she wasn't willing to fight-

Katrina frowns and waves a hand. “You’re not allowed to touch me asset, down. And Carlos… yelling now hm?’ Carlos waves a hand at Sienna. “Katrina…” He blinks a few times and winces.

Sienna simply ignored Katrina as she walked over. Taking the glass Carlos had drank from and took a sip herself. Staring straight at Katrina as she didn't trust this- what was her game. And why was Carlos acting weird after drinking it?

“Oh don’t even bother threatening me, I gave Carlos a light drugging, I just need to know if my father went through with his threats.” Katrina gestures to Carlos. “His mission.” Carlos winces and touches his forehead. “I… I kill… killed…”

Typical.

Sienna dumps the water in the table as she eyes him. Listening to his words as she frowns. She knows how he is with killing.

But what even happened.

“Was it my project?” Katrina spits out. Carlos nods shakily, he’s pale and shaking. Katrina curses and slams her hand down. “Sienna… go…” Carlos holds his hand out for her, he’s going to be in so much trouble with Pierce for telling Katrina that- he’ll explain to Sienna soon… he feels sick.

Sienna gently stares at him as she tries for his hand. "I am not leaving without you..." She states softly, her eyes shimmer as she watched him also fall into the table. She quickly catches him.

"Katrina what did you give him?" She demands.

Katrina watches amused. “It’s not like I’m going to kill him Sienna, I just need to know some information. It’s my own drug, you should know it if you’ve been around Xavier. Makes them talk.”

Carlos groans and clutches his head, trying to stand. “Father sent… program. Stopped your program…” He sways.

Sienna catches him again as she stables him to sit. She was quiet as she knew the drug, it'll just make him woozy and feel sick for a while.

She stares at Katrina as she was furious. Her hands gently shook as she tried to stay calm for his sake.

Katrina huffs and waves a hand. “Get out of my sight. I need to talk to my father.” Carlos leans heavily into Sienna.

Sienna frowns as she helps Carlos of of there. Her steps were light as she eased him into the passenger seat. "How are you feeling...." She asked softly. Buckling him in as she checks him over.

Carlos collapses down in the chair, breathing heavily. “Sick- I told her… Sienna, Pierce is going to kill me-”

Sienna was quiet as she looks down at his lap. "We'll... manage." She whispers out as she went around into the driver's seat. She got the car on as she took his hand- "Just get rest...."

“I killed them.” Carlos whispers blankly, his hand curls around hers as he stares out the window. “I killed them… they were innocent, there were children-” His eyes are glazed over.

Sienna froze at this as she watched him try to block out the memory. She was, questioning the motives of Pierce more then his.

She leans over as she pressed her head into his shoulder. Listening to his breathing for a moment. "....you didn't have a choice...right?"

Carlos shudders and shakes his head, he feels nothing like himself right now. “Hydra had a program in Germany- tricked innocent people into being part of Katrina’s none enhanced assets program- it was getting too much attention, Father sent me there to scope it out- see if it was worth keeping.” He chokes on his breath.

Sienna was already thinking, it had to have gotten out of hand-

"She couldn't control it I'm assuming. Too much attention to the public eye?" She whispers out.

The last thing Andromeda Howlett remembers doing is laying down for a quick nap in the middle of March. The next thing she remembers is waking up from a sweet, cosy dream in the middle of a busy street, a whole neighbourhood away from her apartment. One of those electronic stores with display TVs in the window has the news on for the 11th of June.

3 months. 3 months, Andromeda has been asleep. But that couldn't be right, could it? It doesn't feel like it's been that long, and yet... It certainly looks it. His hair has grown longer, now far below her shoulders with thicker, brighter amber strands glinting under the afternoon sun. Her clothes have changed too. Where she'd gone to bed in an old sleep shirt and boxers, Andromeda was now dressed for patrol despite having no recollection of doing so. In his confusion, he stumbles around, still bleary-eyed and leaving behind a thick trail of glittering dust everywhere she turns. She gets so turned around in his still half-asleep state, in fact, that he bumps right into somebody and lands flat on her ass.

Sienna was sorta used to this- Three months of her child going through this daydream like state. Three months of her trying to help, even trying to her her husband to help her.

She knelt down as she offers her hand out. "Andi..... It's mama." She whispers softly as she smiles. Seeing if she'll get the same dull reaction or for once she'll get that soft tone of her child.

Her eyes shimmer as she gently leans in and brushed their hair out of their face. "Andromeda....?"

Andromeda blinks slowly, managing to stay focused enough to recognise Sienna. He immediately leans towards her like a sunflower chasing sunlight, fingers wrapping around her wrists.

"Mama? Oh, thank God... I don't know what's going on..."

Sienna smiles as she rubs their face. Brushing their hair back as she hums a bit, her energy was warm and light. She's always been good at being a light for others anyways.

"I'm sorry you feel that way... you've had, best I can describe it- is like sleepwalking spells? I'm not hundred percent sure. But you usually are out of it..."

"How- How long? How long have I been asleep?"

Andromeda silently prays it's not as long as the clues around her have made it seem.

Oh..

Sienna frowns slightly as she tugs her child closer. Letting them lean into her as she thinks. "Three months...it's been on and off again for three months..."

He lets out a heavy sigh, still deep in denial. There's no way he's been asleep that long. Nobody can sleep that long! It just doesn't seem like a thing the body should be able to do.

But when has her body ever worked the way any "normal" body should?

"...It didn't feel that long."

"I know..." Sienna whispers as she sighs. She ruffles her hair a bit as she looks around. "Wanna head home for a bit...? I'll make you some tea and we can chat a bit."

Sienna was worried. But she tucked it away for now, Andromeda didn't need that worry.

"...Okay. Tea sounds nice. Just wanna get off the street."

He silently fumbles around for Sienna's hand, squeezing it tight once he finds it. Just making sure he is awake.

Sienna hums as she helps him up. Her eyes shimmer as she felt their emotions, gently keeping him closer as they walked towards home. "Okay, home it is..."

"Home... Do any other people know about this? I hope- God, I hope I haven't caused any trouble while I was asleep-"

Her grip tightens around Sienna's hand a little.

Sienna shakes her head as she hums softly. "Your dad does... Zoë, had noticed it and mentioned it to us."

She got him inside as she settles her child in a seat. "Logan, we're home...." She calls out sweetly as she makes a pot of tea.

All Andromeda can really do about the knowledge that his sleepwalking issue has been affecting more than just one person is hum in discomfort. Back home, he curls up in a seat and watches Sienna move.

"Da's home?"

Sienna drops the tea down as she rubs her hand through his hair. "Yeah.... It's fine really. He's just trying to clean up the garage, I have him doing summer chores."

She sat down with her own cup. She offers her hand towards him as she sips hers gently.

"Da's doing chores?" Andromeda remarks.

Of course. Even in this state, he finds a way to be a thorn in his father's side. She snorts and blows the top of her cup to cool the tea down.

"...Thank you."

Sienna tilts her head as she hums. "Because he's a grump and can help me out." She slightly jokes .

Her eyes shimmer as emotions washed over her. "Don't. You're our child, you're supposed to rely on us whenever you need us."

He sighs before taking a sip. He's pouting into his cup the entire time.

"I guess... I didn't mean to cause all this trouble, though."

Sienna stares at Andromeda as she scoots closer. Leaning in as she brushed a stray hair back.

"Sweetie. I'll rather you cause some trouble... If it's a medical thing, I don't mind it. I want to be here for you. Me and your dad both do. We love you."

"I don't even think it's a medical thing, I think there's just something wrong with me..."

He leans right into Sienna's touch. So what if he's whining? He's allowed. For now, anyway. And only around Sienna. Shit, he hopes Logan isn't close enough to hear any of this.

Sienna hums as she sips her tea. Letting him lean as she runs a hand down his back. "Mmm I day it's something for sure. You sleep waking for that long isn't...typical. But none of us are in this family..."

She looks behind her as she heard steps getting closer.

"I guess... Just..."

Andromeda trails off. He knows those footsteps anyway. Immediately, he just goes quiet, chewing on his bottom lip and shifting away from Sienna.

"...Nevermind."

Logan leans into the wall into the kitchen. He watched the two as he crossed his arms over his chest. "Not gonna talk to your ma?"

Sienna slowly looks back to him. "Leave him be, he was, we have. I'm just being a worried wort about my child..."

"Our child... I am allowed to be worried too. You're not the only one who cares." Logan spoke up, his voice gruff yet sounding stern.

Andromeda keeps his eyes down and pretends to be really occupied by his tea. This is exactly why he hates going to Logan for things. Hates bothering the man at all. That's all it ever feels like when he does – a bother.

"I'm fine now," he mumbles. "I'm sorry."

Logan sighs out, his steps thud as he walks on over. Squatting down between the two as he looks to his wife then to Andi.

"Kid. Look at your dad." He stated a bit gently. Trying to ease into the conversation- "I do care. Just because your ma is better at this gushy, feelings things. Doesn't mean I don't wanna hear about it, you're fears and hopes. I wanna be there for you..."

Andromeda turns her head as slowly as she can, side-eyeing Logan first, then facing him fully. His words make tears rise in her eyes, threatening to spill. The teen sniffles, gaze flitting back down to her cup again.

"...I know," Andromeda says. "I didn't... Mean to cause this much trouble s'all."

Logan looks at her for a second. Brushing their hair back as he leans in, bumping their foreheads together. "None of that. Like your mom said, we're supposed to be here for that. We love you. We both do Andi."

Sienna nods her head as she leans over. Pulling Andi into a small side hug. "I love you...so much. You're amazing child...we wanna do this for you."

The teen melts into all the affection. Glimmering tears roll down his cheeks as he reaches out to embrace both his parents.

"I just- I didn't realise- I didn't want to... I was so scared when I woke up... I can't imagine the- The things you guys have had to do just 'cuz of me..."

Sienna nods her head as she understands that fear and pain. Her own personal hell with Hydra made her mind a jumble mess. But to know her own child's mutation was making it this way, it was a bit different.

"You're allowed to want this. To need this my dear. You're not a strong person without us. You're stronger because of us being here.... We will figure this out together. We always will."

"But- But what if it happens again? Before we figure it out? I wouldn't know. I don't even know if I could wake myself up. I couldn't even figure out I was dreaming. What if- What if this is just a dream?"

Sienna bumps her forehead with hers. "what about this... I dream scape the next time it happens. It'll be a moment before we wake up. But I can do that..."

Logan blinks at his wife's offer. "Hey, we both know that can be dangerous." He reminds her, but- if this a way to lessen the damage if Andromeda falls under again?

Sleeping Siren (open rp)

Once again it was that time, the home of Sienna's was kept cold. Reasonable considering the outdoors have been hotter with summer creeping in, but it was also due to her month change.

Her tail thuds on the floor, scales fluttered her skin. The hues of shimmering teal, blue and purple would caught anyone's attention. But her pitched black eyes, lights bounced off them and showed a mini galaxy in them.

Her fins replaced her ears, scattered over her arms and down the side of her tail. It sways and moved as she was drifting off the sleep.

Sienna was supposed to do something today, just couldn't remember what it was. To spend time with a friend, to see her children, spend time with a loved one or even she made plans.

Hopefully she didn't forget. Especially as slumber took over and let the siren fall into her slumber.

A sigh left her as she curls into the makeshift blanket nest she made. Her head buried in as her tail moves side to side. Content in her sleep.

Emilia made her way to sit on the rocks at the edge of the ocean. She was meant to meet her mother there today. She looks around, trying to see if she was already in the ocean or nearby

Sienna pokes her head out from the blankets. Her eyes shimmer as she gently eyes Emilia. Completely quiet as she doesn't dare to speak. Her frilly fins poke out and whoosh as she stares.

Emilia finally sees her and smiles widely “mama” she sits on the edge of the rocks, her legs dipping into the water. She opens her bag “I brought snacks”

Sienna made her way over as she slowly crawls out the water. She sat a bit below as she tilts her head. Scales shimmer in the sunlight as she tilts her head. Her tail swayed side to side as she was curious.

Sienna simply beams, proud of the way the two men kept bickering back and forth. Simply because she made such a stoic guy like Felix fold so quick.

She was rather proud of herself here. A shit eating grin graced her lips as she burst out laughing at the two bickering more.

But his words caught her attention.

She was the most difficult thing, and he couldn't resist her.

Her ears flushed red at this first, thankfully tucked away behind her luscious locks of curls. But her eyes slowly grew in size, this felt like an accident confession.

Especially since he confessed he didn't mind it being her.

"...Felix did you just confess to something?" She asked softly, surely she'll taunt and tease him. Slowly beating around the bush on this question. But she watched as his face shift and revealed what he was thinking.

He was like an open book towards her. And he didn't realize it yet, more he acted like he didn't know about. Oblivious to his own actions coming from her.

"Felix...?" She whispers out. Maybe if he agrees to it- maybe this could be more? But there was the chance she was delusional, lost in her mind and her own reality and clearly missing the mark. That too was possible.

Felix froze, the tea suddenly feeling cold in his hands. The question landed with the force of a thunderclap in the quiet aisle. All the air seemed to leave his lungs, and for a moment the carefully constructed walls of his composure crumbled into dust. He stared at her, his eyes wide and unguarded. He could see the hope and the fear warring in her expression, mirroring the chaotic storm raging within him. She saw right through him. She always had. He'd just been too arrogant and terrified to admit it.

A muscle in his jaw tightened as he fought to regain control, to find a way to deflect, to retreat back into the safety of their familiar banter. But the words were out. He had called her difficult, a trial, and then admitted in the same breath, that he was drawn to that very difficulty. That he wanted it to be her.

He took a sharp, silent inhale, his gaze dropping from hers to the worn floorboards. "You're..." he started, his voice rougher than he intended. He cleared his throat, trying again. "You're the most difficult thing in my existence, Sienna." He looked back up, and the raw honesty in his eyes was startling. "And you're the only thing I don't want to be without. So yes. I suppose I did."

He didn't give her time to process the confession, to tease or rejoice. The vulnerability was too raw. Too new. "Is that... OK?"

Bright brown eyes shimmer at this, her heart skipped multiple beats before she responded. Her lips parted to speak, but sealed shut as she looks down to her deconstructed muffin in hand.

She smiles a bit though, the corner of her lips twitched upwards as she felt her breathing ease.

Finally.

Finally he spoke up, she was starting to doubt if he'll ever confess. Or was she the one who had to take that next step-

"Well. I am glad we both agree on that. You're such a silly idiot at times Felix. But I'm glad, you're stuck with me now, I hope you know that."

In her own way, she agreed to the confession. Taunting him and teasing, it was easier to go with him now. It wasn't a burden off her shoulder, more it became a cause to keep going with him.

Towards whatever future? Who knows, they'll figure this out one step at a time.

(I missed him- life has gotten less busy so Carlos is back! Will pick up old Carlos rps eventually but for now here’s this!)

Carlos had been on a month long mission, completely alone. No one in Hydra but Pierce knew where he went. It was a well kept secret. But he’s finally back.

Carlos sighs as he looks through a few older files in his room, the mission had left him… exhausted. But he can’t tell anyone about it. And now to make things even worse, his twin Katrina had invited him over for dinner.

Carlos glances up when he hears his door open, he’d invited someone to come with him. Carlos looks completely exhausted, and his eyes have dulled even more than they usually are. “Ready to go?” His voice is sharp, cold.

Was it evident that Sienna was a bit surprised he left for a month. A tad. But she couldn't say it was a full on surprise. It happened at times, rarely sure but it did happen.

The children were just harder to tell that too-

Her heels clicked as she brushed her curls back, the fabric of her simple dress sways. Sienna crossed her arms as she eyes him for a solid moment. "Are you sure you're up to this?" She knows he wasn't. It was clear as day he wasn't.

Carlos eyes flick to Sienna, there incredibly dull, haunted almost. “I have to be.” He mumbles as he shoves a jacket on, blinking a few times and working to gentle his voice. “I missed you. You look lovely.” He glances towards her.

Sienna walks on over, adjusted the jacket as she hums. "You have to yes..." She smooths her hands over. "You look nice, besides looking like a ghost." She gently held his chin as she kissed his forehead.

Carlos’ eyes flick down and he lets out a slow breath. “It was just a long mission.” He gently pulls her hand off him, walking towards the door, tucking his arms around his chest.

"Fine..." She stated softer as she looks to his back. An alarm went off in her head as she noticed the way he was. Something had to have happened during his mission.

She follows behind him as she keeps her hands to herself. "Come on then... Let's get this over with."

Carlos eyes flick to her, he’s pale, eyes full of… nothing. “Yes, I’m assuming Katrina just wants to try to get information about my mission.” He frowns and walks out of the room, guiding Sienna to a car.

Sienna hums in acknowledgement. Walking out as she got in on her side. Her eyes shimmer as she felt the nothing trying to crawl over her. A deep breath leaves her as she shields her own mind.

Carlos starts to quietly drive, tapping his finger against the steering wheel. His eyes shift to Sienna. “I’m sorry I’m not myself…”

She slowly looks at him as she shakes her head. "It's a valid reaction to coming back to this... Whatever the mission was like, it will take a toll.."

Carlos’ eyes dart back out the window. His hands flex out. “It wasn’t something I was prepared for.” He mumbles tightly as he stops the car. “I’m fine.”

Sienna gree quiet at his tone. She zips up quickly as she looks out the window. As they came to a stop, her nails were clawed into her thighs. "Let's get this over with..." She mutters out.

Carlos stares out the window for a long moment, a blank look in his eyes before he pushes the door car door open, he’s acting nothing like himself. Katrina opens the door with a fake smile. “Carlos… come in, so good you’re back from your mission. Come in asset.” She snaps at Sienna.

Sienna catches him again as she stables him to sit. She was quiet as she knew the drug, it'll just make him woozy and feel sick for a while.

She stares at Katrina as she was furious. Her hands gently shook as she tried to stay calm for his sake.

Katrina huffs and waves a hand. “Get out of my sight. I need to talk to my father.” Carlos leans heavily into Sienna.

Sienna frowns as she helps Carlos of of there. Her steps were light as she eased him into the passenger seat. "How are you feeling...." She asked softly. Buckling him in as she checks him over.

Carlos collapses down in the chair, breathing heavily. “Sick- I told her… Sienna, Pierce is going to kill me-”

Sienna was quiet as she looks down at his lap. "We'll... manage." She whispers out as she went around into the driver's seat. She got the car on as she took his hand- "Just get rest...."

“I killed them.” Carlos whispers blankly, his hand curls around hers as he stares out the window. “I killed them… they were innocent, there were children-” His eyes are glazed over.

Sienna froze at this as she watched him try to block out the memory. She was, questioning the motives of Pierce more then his.

She leans over as she pressed her head into his shoulder. Listening to his breathing for a moment. "....you didn't have a choice...right?"

Sleeping Siren (open rp)

Once again it was that time, the home of Sienna's was kept cold. Reasonable considering the outdoors have been hotter with summer creeping in, but it was also due to her month change.

Her tail thuds on the floor, scales fluttered her skin. The hues of shimmering teal, blue and purple would caught anyone's attention. But her pitched black eyes, lights bounced off them and showed a mini galaxy in them.

Her fins replaced her ears, scattered over her arms and down the side of her tail. It sways and moved as she was drifting off the sleep.

Sienna was supposed to do something today, just couldn't remember what it was. To spend time with a friend, to see her children, spend time with a loved one or even she made plans.

Hopefully she didn't forget. Especially as slumber took over and let the siren fall into her slumber.

A sigh left her as she curls into the makeshift blanket nest she made. Her head buried in as her tail moves side to side. Content in her sleep.

Ever since meeting Sienna, Norman has felt comfortable visiting her. She’s easy to talk to, and they both enjoy sharing lighthearted banter about their children and grandchildren. It’s comforting for him to have someone who understands the challenges of raising kids.

Norman even schedules his visits, relishing their time together over coffee and snacks. So, he is surprised when she doesn’t answer her phone during his regular check-in. “Hmm, that’s not like her… Voicemail again,” he mutters to himself.

He considers going to check on her; it might be intrusive, but his concern is growing. With a mix of worry and curiosity, Norman lets himself into Sienna’s home. It’s cool and quiet inside. Maybe she’s not even home.

“Sienna? Are you there? I brought biscuits. You didn’t answer your phone, so I came to make sure you’re okay. Hello?”

He sets the box of biscuits down in the kitchen before moving into other rooms. He pauses when he sees something peculiar: a heap of blankets with a large fish tail poking out. Norman creeps closer to investigate, gasping in astonishment when he discovers a sleeping siren, her scales shimmering with both human and fish features. How is this even possible?

Mutation. A mutation was the correct answer Norman was seeking. Her curls swirled as she was tucked in the nest, spiraled up like a string in a yoyo.

The sounds of his voice echoing out in her house, slowly awoke the sleeping creature. She was gentle as she stares up, pitch black eyes met his as she hiss for a moment. Slowly waking up, her mind finally connected the dots.

It was Norman.

She whines in protest, her body coiled back as she tried to hide from him. He couldn't see her like this, no, no, he'll believe she was a freak of nature. Most did-

Norman's icy blue eyes meet Sienna's pitch-black eyes, and he can't help but stare in awe. She's fascinating, beautiful in a magical way. He wants to know everything about this ethereal form.

The hissing snaps Norman out of his trance, and he steps back, startled. "Oh, sorry you were sleeping, I was loud, and close wasn't I?" He continues to apologize. "That was extremely rude of me. Should I leave? I mean, you're resting... Obviously, I need to go.

Sienna waves her hands out, webbed hands swayed in the light from the bedside. Her curls swayed as she leaned over a bit, her body shifted, the bed creaked even.

She chirps, a sad tone, indicating she wanted him to stay. Her lashes batter a bit as she chirps out a scared tone, hits of worry in it. Apologetic even-

She usually stayed mute in this form. The fear of hypnotizing someone she cares for was so likely, she didn't wanna risk it. Her fins slowly droop down as she realized.

She was supposed to have tea and a lunch with him. The day was supposed to be spent with them walking down town together. Giving each of them a chance to relax from their usually chaotic lives. She messed it all up-

“You actually are a... a mermaid...” Norman feels strange; he's captivated and feels compelled to come closer. Closer... come closer... everything you want is right— Snap out of it!

"Whoops!” Norman quickly presses his hands to his ears. “Not a mermaid, siren? Sirens from Greek mythology actually fit well. Heh, sorry I uh... here, let me put my earplugs in."

Norman fishes earplugs out of his pockets and, as he inserts them, he explains, "I'm a bit resistant to mind control because... well, because my mind is broken.” He laughs awkwardly. “I guess that's handy about now, right? Now that that's taken care of, are you hungry? I brought biscuits; nod if you would like one.”

Genuine relief washed over her face as sh nods her head. Hearing him comfort her mind on the idea of mind control- at least she wasn't petrified like before.

She eyes him for a second as she gently spoke up. "I'm sorry.... I sorta happened this morning...."

A brief pause, Sienna studied his reaction. Taking mental notes and seeing he was fun with the earplugs in. "...I didn't mean to ruin our day..."

“You don't need to be sorry. If I had known, I would have been better prepared… I have better sound-filtering earplugs at home that I specifically made the first time I met a siren, but I'll be fine for today. Like I said, too mentally unstable for mind control.”

He shrugs sheepishly. "Honestly, if you're not feeling well, it's fine… I can leave, or if you still want coffee or tea — oh yes, and the biscuits — I brought those! Should I grab those? I suppose you can't exactly walk right now, right? I can grab everything."

Norman smiles, "I'm honestly glad you're okay. When you didn't answer, that usually means 'emergency,' so I thought you might be in danger."

Sienna took it all in as she beams. Her eyes soften as she nods her head. This was the best outcome that could happen for them.

"Thanks Norman...." She looks down to her tail as she gently nods her head. "Biscuits sound delicious. Thank you...I remember we were supposed to have a tea time."

Her tail sways as she slowly sat up in the nest. Her eyes met his as she held her tail closer.

"Are you okay with waiting here while I go make some tea? I think I remember where everything is, but I can figure it out if needed. Sorry, I'm not exactly sure how to get you around without picking you up. Would it be alright if I carried you? If you'd like to sit in the kitchen, I can do that, or I can bring everything back here."

He shoved his hands back into his pockets for the moment; this is a new situation for him to navigate.

Slowly but not as subtle as she hoped- Sienna raised her arms up as she eyes Norman. She felt comfortable with him, he didn't give her the creeps or gave her a reason to not trust the man.

"...You can carry me...I don't know, I know I weigh a bit." She mutters out as she squeaks. Her scales were softer then they looked, thankfully it gave her a speed buff underwater. Her curls swirled as she listened to Norman speak.

"...We can sit in the kitchen...my husband would do this for me...." She whispers out as she looks down.

Norman leans down and gently picks up Sienna. "You're actually quite light, at least for me," he reassures her, hoping to comfort her. "Wade's a bit heavier and usually less cooperative."

He carries her as carefully as possible, feeling the smooth texture of her delicate-looking scales against his palms. Once they reach the warm, sunlit kitchen, he helps Sienna into a sturdy-looking chair. "Should I open a window? There was a nice breeze earlier, but it might be getting hot now."

First, he fills the kettle and starts boiling the water. Then, he gathers everything for tea time: plates, utensils, and cups. As he moves around the kitchen, Norman speaks, "Your husband, Bucky, right? He used to make you tea in this kitchen? That sounds like a lovely way to spend an afternoon, your home is quite cozy."
