Clear’s Night before Platinum Jail Clear’s H Scene

Hey all. I haven't been on tumblr in ages. I was actually checking out Dragon Age art because I'm super psyched for Dragon Age Inquisition, but then I was going through my feed and saw that the DMMd anime has started airing, so I watched the first ep.

I like how the Rhyme battles are animated now so I can sort of imagine them a bit better? Though I still have no idea how the fuck they can plug into virtual reality without any paraphernalia. 

Are all the voice actors the same? For some reason Trip sounded weird to me, but I haven't played the game in ages so I have no idea if it's just my memory being shitty. 

The first episode was gorgeously animated, but I've seen the screenshots of later eps so I'll brace myself for the off-model animation.

Can I take a quick break here to wonder at Japan's perception of Germany? Seriously, I have never seen anybody dress like that there, yet every other manga seems to have modern day Germans dressing like it's still the 1800s.

You'd think with it being the future, globalized fashion would lead to more people dressing like this:

"This isn't what Koujaku wanted!"

says that little voice inside Sly's head that sounds suspiciously like Aoba. And Koujaku seems to react to that voice, even if it's never vocalized.

Well, too bad. Aoba's going to disappear soon, and Sly will have full control. And he knows he's right. This is Koujaku's desired outcome.

(not that it really matters.)

Okay lessee if I got this right.

The Aoba that Koujaku knows and loves has disappeared because, when he failed at Scrapping Koujaku, he blamed himself so much that he drowned in this self-loathing. And so Sly came out. 

Meanwhile, Koujaku is having longer and longer blackouts, not sure how long has passed since the last time he woke up. His other personality is slowly taking over.

Maybe these two are matched for each other after all.

Hmm. It kind of feels like the reason Shiroba happened was because Aoba failed to "scrap" while inside Koujaku's mind, so Koujaku's desires bled over. And those tattoos probably enhanced everything. He wanted Aoba to accept all of him, he wanted Aoba to love him. Thus, this "new" Aoba absorbed all of those desires and became this weird twisted version of himself.

Koujaku says that he wanted Aoba to accept the past that Koujaku himself could not accept.

Always gratifying when kanji I learned in class shows up in gay porn. 表裏一体 = two sides of the same coin. "Love and hate are two sides of the same coin."

I will never not like this scene. I don't care if it's not real.

jfc koujaku's entire apartment is fucking gorgeous. I want a furo like that in my house.
