So there's a scene in the movie after the interview when Vlad, overjoyed at how well Anya answered the questions, runs out of the house in joy and picks up Dmitri and spins him around, and I've basically decided that this is something he used to do all the time when Dmitri was a child if a con went well, because dammit I will die on the hill of "Vlad basically adopted Dmitri"
This is really interesting. In the musical Dmitriâs father died in a labor camp when he was just a boy, so I definitely feel that, though he may be loath to admit it out loud, Dmitri looks up to Vlad in a way. Vlad stepped into that void that Dmitriâs late father left.Â

Hey guys!
So! I wanted to update yâall with the plan.
So our idea is themes. Every week we focus on a major theme, and on Friday that will culminate with a ficlet, written by one of us. We would also love if people wanted to submit Friday ficlets as well. This week I want to start sort of general with the theme:
Post-Canon
With that, I mean What happens in the immediate aftermath of the finale? Where do they go, who keeps in touch with whom, what comes next for all of our dear characters?
We will also be posting personal head canons for these themes weekly as well!

One idea Iâve been playing with is âFiclet Fridaysâ In which on Friday we will post a fic incorporating head canons from the week! In addition to that, we plan to do a âthemeâ every week, to center our head canons on!Â
With âficlet Fridaysâ I'd LOVE if people would want to submit ficlets to be published on the page, but every week I will be publishing one as well!
