since you said that the petrification scars were now inflicted injuries, do you have any ideas for stanley & xeno's? stanley's across his jaw could easily be weirdly symmetrical scratches, they are a bit jagged in canon, after all

but what about the one across his nose? and xeno's would be CRAZY if it was coincidental. i had an idea of it being self-inflicted, or human inflicted, but that might be too dark, i'm not sure

I base the injuries mark on serious/fatal injuries. Like missing a part of flesh. And petrification couldn't heal it in only one go.

I didn’t planned to awake Stan nor Xeno, but let me think about how they could've been injured :

Xeno : I think Xeno would get some people really, angry against him. Like really. He and Stan fell on a small village, very close to their location, he tried to direct it from the shadow. He experemented on statues and/or human that got on his nerves. He genuily thought he could work out of modern ethic. BUT ! When some villagers understood it they did trapped him in his hut and chopped his head. Two times.

Stan : Would came back to his common hut with Xeno and when he saw him, head half exploded. Just run to him and didn't caught the man who was waiting for him and sliced his head in the middle with a big machete.

The rest, stay to natural petrification marks !

Tsukasa is an even more sad old teenager in this story than the original story. Or more like, he doesn't have a whole empire to rule and can have some moments of deep weakness.

Once Taiju learned more about him, he most certainly would bear hug like NO ONE has ever hugged the WWE champion before.
