You may feel that you are alone, but darling when you are part of this community you never are.

Someone else out there is struggling just as much as you are.

Someone is fasting like you are,

Someone is restricting,

Someone is sitting down at the dinner table in tears crying about a meal just as you have.

Someone is dizzy and feels ill.

The list goes on and on.

You are never alone, not for one second

Okay, so I’m at one point where I’m fed up. Fed up with myself, my being not capable of sticking to a diet and a workout, my being incapable of not binging.

Told this, by tomorrow, Monday 26/03/2018 I’m going to stick to my fucking personal diet and workout.

🍓 I’m going to drink at least 20 glasses of water for day

🍓 I’m aiming to stay above 600 calories per day (eating healthy food like veggies, fruits, and removing fat, sugar and carbohydrates)

🍓 I’m having to fast once in a week and I will have a binge day (more likely just breakfast or dinner) once in a week as well

MY WORKOUT 🏃🏻

Since I’m not a fan of workout (If I’m at the gym I’m more likely to become one)

At home my workout will be this:

I’m going to choose at least four exercises from each slide and do them two times.
