You could have made him happy, and kept him in the village, and we would have been happy too! How can you not think about his and our happiness?!" Sakura exclaimed, and clenched her fists in anger.

For everything that you had experienced with your teammates, you never thought they would turn against you for Sasuke. You hadn't deserted the village, stomped over their kindness and trust, or threatened to kill them. But, the disdain Naruto and Sakura stared down at you with, made you feel as if you had taken their unconditional love and twisted it to its limits to see what would make them snap. With everything that Sasuke had done, it seemed as if the thread would never snap. However, it appeared that their love and patience for you was conditional, even when you had done nothing to test it.

Feeling shocked from their unanticipated accusations, you remained mute and your mind was blank. Helplessly, you looked at Kakashi, your eyes teary and begging for support. However, the white-haired male simply turned his head away, as if he agreed with Naruto and Sakura.

Your heart felt like it was dropping to your stomach.

Still fuming with anger, Naruto whipped his head towards Sasuke, who had conveniently thrown you under the bus and revealed that he would have returned to the village by now had you accepted his offer. He watched the entire scene with a sadistic amusement glinting in his jet-black eyes.

"You'll return to the village if she marries you?" Naruto asked simply. That question caused you to snap out of your reverie. You gasped at his audacity, and opened your mouth to protest. However, in the same breath, all of Team 7 member's head snapped towards you, and the glared filled with scorn that they regarded you with, scared you too much to say anything.

Sasuke nodded in response to Naruto's question.

The blond heaved a heavy sigh. "Kakashi-sensei or I will be in the next Hokage anyway. We'll make sure she marries you. In return, you will be reinstated as a Leaf Shinobi and need to remain loyal to the village."

You could only watch with helpless eyes as Sasuke and Naruto shook hands on their deal - a deal that basically sold you to him, and there was nothing you could do about it.
