A small Adora if she was a Divine Maiden in the PSU universe, she's probably one of the few who can use photons/technics with her hands.

She wields the power of photon manipulation, which elevated her to this position, but it is not what her heart truly desires. She wants to be free to travel wherever and help those in need.

Photon manipulation is almost unheard of with PSU, its mainly tied to weapons or technics. The Communion of Gurhal worships the Holy Light as their deity, and gives gratitude for the photons' existence. There are very few who can cast healing technics without a weapon, but it is because it is imbedded into their hand.
