Heyo.

You look around you and there’s absolute nothing here. A light from the moon above you is glittering down to the cold cement floor and you can’t help but laugh at the bars that eclipsed some of the moonlight. Wow. 

What a shitty incubus you were.

Getting trapped like this, once again.

You had just escaped this hunter’s hands, just escaped the hell that you were put through with them, having them keep you down and make sure you couldn’t fly away, and now here you were, again.

Again.

You remember the pain from when you were pushed down and pressed into a similar feeling surface with a boot on your spine. You hissed, you thrashed, you remembered clawing away at whoever tried to touch you as they ripped at your wings, tearing the flesh apart so you couldn’t dream to escape. ‘Clipped like the beast you are,’ you remember the Hunter saying. You remember his cold laugh as he looked over you and debated how much he could sell you for, like you were an exotic animal.

Perhaps to some you were. A beast that could transform into whatever you so desired and one that could live off of just sex. You shuddered to think of the possibility that you would be sold to someone that would just view you as a sex doll, even now. He still spoke of selling you, but now it was in pieces. How much would a horn cost? How much would a single wing cost? Perhaps both would be worth way more.

Preserve the blood inside of you in a jar, sell it to others to use as a trophy, take your fangs and hang them on a necklace.

You had lost count of the days that you were trapped here. You didn’t know how long ago it was that you spoke with Spooner, but it felt like forever. Your head thrummed with the pain of a horn cracked off of you, and your back ached with a broken wing. You’d heal, you know that, but whenever you could, you were certain they’d just break you again. 

You were starving. 

How long had it been since you fed? The night before you were captured, perhaps. That was all you ahd and it wasn’t even from a good source. This person was tired, drained already, and you couldn’t take anything more from them in your moments of passion with him or he could have died. 

It wasn’t enough.

Without the energy from feeding, you couldn’t heal fast enough, which meant you couldn’t escape fast enough. You were trapped here. Trapped, trapped, trapped, trapped--

Clack, clack, clack!

The familiar sound of metal against the bars in front of you made your golden eyes dart up, seeing the shadow of your captor standing in front of you, the dim glow on his cigar lighting his face up under a hat. “There ya’ are, sunshine. Thought we lost ya’ for a moment.” Had he been standing there for a while? For how long had he been watching you just laugh at yourself and hiss in pain as you moved about. “Now, that’s a good boy. Seems you’ve gone and made this cell your home, just like any good beast should. Good to know you know your place ‘round here.”

A snarl came from you and you pushed yourself off the wall and lunged forward, reaching through the bars to him, traying to grab at his shirt, anything-- But you were stopped. Electricity shot through your body and you immediately slumped to the floor, shaking with each wave that passed through you from your neck. Fuck.. You forgot that was there...

‘Tsk, tsk, tsk,’ came the sounds from the older gentleman. “Now why would you go and do that? Here I thought you were starting to come around and I’d give you a treat.” The guard watching your cell laughed with the Hunter and you finally felt the waves coursing through you cease. “Now, why don’t you be a good boy and maybe we won’t take your other horn.” He grinned and flicked his cigar ashes towards you. “After last time, you think I didn’t learn my mistakes? I’m not letting you out this time, demon.”

With that, you could faintly hear the clack of his boots against the floor drift away and a large door shut. You could have gotten up. You could have moved about.. but no. You wanted to stay. You curled up, holding your chest tightly. Everything hurt. You wanted to go home, but where could you go?

Don’t threaten me with a good time there
