Since the use of 'reigning' instead of 'raining' is almost certainly meant to be a reference to the 'reign of supermen' story arc from the comics, we can reasonably assume this episode will be an adaptation of that story arc, which means we might actually get Conner this time around since this is the 'reign of the supermen' arc is when he made his debut. However, there will almost certainly need to be changes made

Since Hank died last episode, he's obviously gonna be absent (unless Lex revived and rebuilt him)

Since Jon had Conner's comic book look, the show will need to either give Conner a new outfit or throw in a line about Lex purposely modeling Conner's outfit after Jon's look (possibly because he wants to trick people into thinking Conner!Superboy is the same Superboy who helped take down Hank)

maybe have Jon Lane return from the future partly so the episode's title still make sense without Cyborg Superman around and also because it would be fun to have Superboys flying around (even if it's just for few episodes)

Also, I look forward to seeing Steel again.

So u know how in the comics, Jessica’s backstory involves witnessing her 2 friends getting murdered by mobsters during a hunting trip? I imagine if the show were to adapt that aspect of Jessica’s backstory, the writers will change it so that it instead of Jessica’s friends getting killed on the trip (since this version of Jessica is only a high schooler meaning that the incident would have happened when she was even younger than that, and I would not blame the writers for being hesitant to kill off children) it will be one or both of Jessica’s parents who are killed instead (I’m leaning towards just 1 of her parents being killed as having both of her parents killed feels a little too derivative of Batman’s origin)

As some of you probably know, I have written in a previous post about how I would like to have Green Arrow (among other heroes) ocassionally show up in MAWGL. And if that were to happen, it would make sense for Roy Harper to appear as well. With that in mind, I suspect that Parallax! Hal Jordan will be the one responsible for Roy losing his arm in this continuity.

So I am now predicting that shows version of Alex Dewitt will be revealed to be a composite character of her comic book self and...
