I thought I would share wedding detail inspiration with you over the next couple of weeks. Here is a favorite for sure with Sasha and Randal’s rustic rock n’ roll themed wedding with a hint of Game of Thrones thrown in.

The wedding was hosted by the beautiful Maple Shade Farms in Delhi, NY .  The flowers and details were orchestrated by Abby Wilson who runs the farm with her husband for happy couples looking for their upstate New York destination wedding.

We play with words. We needed to find words to CONVEY our idea to you visually.  That is difficult.  If you haven’t noticed through our boutique styling: I love words.  Alluring, powerful, flowers, history, woman, captivating, strong, model, glamour….. goddess.

There it was: our word.  Believe it or not we started to build our theme from here.

Location makes everything possible!  The luxury farm location of M&D Farms is perfect.  Their rolling fields and textures farm niches, give way to one of the most beautiful niches of property in upstate NY. IMAGINE YOURSELF HERE!

I am writer at heart. Photography is a visually intense journey, but writing is power (to me at least).

So, one day in the studio and I got up and knocked on the door that leads from my studio to the gift store connected to me.

Larry (Lerny’s Gift Shop) looked up from his computer and I met his look, “Sooooo, I might have an idea. ” I smiled because I hear smiling helps when you ask questions.

  Once our teens have signed, we will begin our journey in this new year.  Some of you ask: what is this all about?

I try to explain to sports parents it’s like club sports for those athletes who want to excel and go beyond the ordinary.  For theater, it’s like taking classes and investing in opportunities to express the art you so dearly love.  For the student, it’s education of a process unlike any other.  For the human being, it’s self discovery different from others.

Introducing Keziah and Christian: {An Albany engagement session}

May I brighten up your January with this fun loving and full spirited couple!  We traversed downtown Albany and found all the sweet spots to laugh and enjoy their couple.  Keziah and Christian will be saying ” I do” this year and it was such an enjoyable time to watch two people who truly love each other!

Sneak Peek: Keziah and Christian! {Engagement Session} Albany, NY

January 2017 has started out in lovely style! I love winter engagement shoots. It gives a very cool feel and look to images, but then again Christian and Keziah are pretty cool themselves.

I am not sure I have so much with people that I have just met, but this photo shoot was nothing short of a blast to do with this amazing couple.  What a wedding this will be!!!
