If I had a quarter for everytime I saw a film during weather that added to the ambience of said movie, I would have two quarters which isn't a lot but it's strange that it happened twice.

I had a nice birthday dinner. That Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse I went to last night was fantastic. They have an open salad bar/buffet table in the center of the room with appetizers and how they go about serving you is when you're ready to be served main courses, you flip a double-sided sticker that says 'NO/YES' to tell the waiters you're ready and they come to every table with the servings of cooked, mouth-watering meat on skewers for you to eat.

#it was pricey but damn i'd go there again #also they had fried blocks of white cheddar cheese backed in yucca flour and dipped in honey #it was sooo good

Today is my birthday! My family is taking me out to a Brazilian steakhouse tonight after work.

knowing they're only putting Obsidian on a Fallout sequel because of the Fallout show's success is the MOST monkey's paw ass way this could've happened

like yeah we all wanted another Obsidian Fallout for years but is there even the slightest chance that anyone can make good Fallout shit if it's jumping off this hyper marketable amazon tv show? like I'm still firmly in the camp of not wanting them to make anymore Fallout shit like stop pouring FEV juice on my boy he's already looking too large and scary and he keeps saying "quarterly targets"

#i wish i muster up more than a little excitement for Obsidian making a new Fallout #but between these layoffs and restructuring it's left a mostly bitter taste in my mouth #id software got gutted and the devs didn't deserve any of that after making those incredible doom games #and the prospect of id being relegated to a support studio down the line has me seeing red #and i'm not happy about hearing whatever original projects Obsidian had planned are either cancelled or put on hold to focus on Fallout
