I was in the city yesterday. It was pretty chilly, but I'm fortunate to be able to afford proper attire for the weather change. Unfortunately, many aren't able to afford that proper attire. Eventually, even with a coat on the weather was almost intolerable. I passed one homeless man who's sign read "Recently Homeless. Struggling and Cold. Please Help." So I'm asking my friends and family to please check your homes for gently used blankets that aren't in use anymore. Get in contact with me and I will gladly pick them up from you during Thanksgiving break. Let's help save a few lives this year! Don't hesitate to get in contact with me if you have any questions!
