I was at the grass track this afternoon doing a bit of running and sprinting (you can't see it in the photo, but there's an athletics track marked on this beautiful grass! ๐๐)...usually when I'm walking around the track in between my sprints it gives me a bit of time to just kind of think random thoughts, and almost think clearer than I usually do โบ๏ธ๐ญ there's barely any people around, no noise apart from the birds, and so much green it's amazing to look at!! ๐๐๐ Today I kind of had a moment where I really began to understand why I love exercise and fitness so much. As I did my sprints, I felt so empowered and in awe of how much I have taught my body and mind over the years...I know the feeling of being physically strong and capable, to be able to control and guide every movement I make, to mentally push myself to run faster or do one more rep, and to most importantly have moments when I know I can't do something, but stay determined and keep trying, and trying, and trying until I can (even if it takes me 3months!!). Challenging my fitness has taught me to accept that more often than not, the things that feel physically (and mentally) impossible at this present moment, are not there to stop me, they are there to challenge where I THINK my limits are, and help to prove I am stronger and more capable than I believe โจ abโค๏ธx #freshbodyfitmind
