I remember back after the rapid, Covid-era gains, you had said that it really impacted your stamina. Have you conditioned yourself more over time, or has your physicality, stamina, mobility, etc., been something that's continued to decline?
Soooo… about this. I have more trouble getting around now. I’m not immobile, but my back, knees, and hips have a lot of trouble trying to support my heft. I have to take breaks often and I get winded easily.
Luckily, I have an amazing partner that’s there for me every step (or lack of steps) of the way.
