THIS IS TOKIYA OSHIRO. I’m sorry he doesnt have a shirt he usually wears a shirt I promise. He’s the owner of that persona from earlier~ Toki is one of my favorite OCs hahaaa; guilty pleasure. He was ORIGINALLY made for the RP Persona Rebirth, which is why he has the mask, which was their mechanism to evoke the persona. But, I ended up not joining that RP… which makes it kind of weird… That said, I believe the same goes for Clovurr’s OC natsuki-pkmn-adventure~ In Persona canon, Toki and Natsu are classmates/friends :”’) I thought it would be cute for them to hang out in the Pokemon world too… I already devisedToki’s team and everything.

Here is a somewhat newer one, his name is Gambit Lyom. Gambit is from an original post-apocalyptic type universe where these “artifacts” flew in from space and crash-landed on earth, sending out this crazy radiation that mutated most of the life within a pretty large proximity. Most of the mutations simply killed the afflicted or otherwise altered their bodies in irreversible/harmful ways, but the few mutations that were survivable either just gave some benign morphological differences or actually gave the afflicted potentially useful new skills. Gambit got a prehensile tail, a couple of slow-growing little horns, and this specific sort of telekinetic matter-pulling power.

He is now a resident of a quarantine space ship—a thingy created by the earth governments to basically put the mutation-causing artifact and all the people who were affected… on a boat… and ship them away from earth forever the end. But of course, prolonged exposure to the artifact means the mutations don’t stop developing. So the space ship basically just travels around space and collects stuff they need from planets they find and yeah. Just tryin to survive~ and hopefully find the origin of the artifact. AS YOU CAN SEE THOUGH this is a nice universe to basically dump any superpower sci fi OCs into haha;;;!

This is Ranvier Aumônier… my first really developed OC evarrr. I think I made him like… in 2008? 2007?? idk sometime in high school. And he was developed mostly with my very first best friend and her character who was, of course, Ranvier’s best friend. And then after things… went south with my friend… I spent a lot of time developing him with Clover! :”) This character was actually how I met/befriended Clover in the first place so… BASICALLY I’M REALLY SENTIMENTAL ABOUT THIS GUY.

Canon Ranvier is an archbishop (the highest tier of the healer classes) in my very favoritest MMORPG, Ragnarok Online!! Ranvier was the beginning for me, and after him I proceeded to create like 30+ more characters (not exaggerating) in this universe. He’s a dumb super cutie kawaiiface sweetie infant baby man. The ultimate weenie hut jr. character. and super uke even tho he's technically asexual exceptinAUscough. Being the healer class, he’s ultra religious, super kind and generous, self-sacrificing, not to mention skilled with his healer magic crap… just an A+ priest.

Buuuut he also has an OVERLY MANLY ALTER-EGO named MANvier and they switch egos whenever the active ego becomes super flustered or otherwise mentally/emotionally thrown off in some way. MANVIER is a MANLY guy who CANT BUTTON HIS SHIRT ALL THE WAY UP and WILL PUNCH PEOPLE IN THE FACE AND CUSS PEOPLE OUT. But he still has Ranvier’s kitten heart deeeeep inside so he’s probably more just super tsundere than actually tough. loser.

I'm dissatisfied with the direction of his development. He is, and always has been sort of difficult for me, because I had a plan for him that I could never seem to keep to. He's constantly diverging from what I wanted for him, which is totally a thing that happens and is acceptable, but this doesn't feel right--it doesn't feel like he's meant to go the way he's going, either. I know I haven't given him much of a chance, but I've just been thinking about how I can never seem to understand him, and if I can't express him well, then others won't understand him either... From the get-go, I mischaracterized him because I was struggling with Alter's actual personality strongly conflicting with my desire to use him as my voice to communicate with you guys of PAC. It's gotten to the point that what I had planned for him doesn't even seem plausible anymore... And at this point, I've realized that I've lost my grip on him. I've been thinking that the "true" Alter maybe isn't suited to RP... At least, not in my hands. (It should be known that every character becomes soft-hearted in my hands... >>; ) And now that I have this deep dissatisfaction with how he is and how he's "supposed" to be and how others perceive him, I've just... lost my will to keep trying to push him... which also worsens the fact that I can never seem to follow through with whatever I intend to do with him. I don't want to get rid of him exactly, but... he and I need some alone time, I guess.
