#Day4 My favorite Drama probably for the the rest of my life is.....Goodfellas! There isn't much that I need to say about this one, a classic film with outstanding performances by everyone. I first saw this movie when I was going through that unavoidable gangster period, watching Scarface, The Godfather Trilogy, Once upon a time in America and so forth. #Day3 My favorite action adventure movie is another one that I instantly fell in love with when I saw it as a kid. The Mummy was all sorts of awesome for me and still is. I remember moms ordering it on PPV and it blacking out toward the end, and me being super impatient because we had to wait until the next day to finish it. The right mix of action, adventure, and comedy...(Brendan Fraser is funny as fuck) makes this my favorite action/adventure film. #30DayMovieChallenge #FavoriteActionAdventureFilm #TheMummy

#Day2 The last movie that I watched was Avengers: Age of Ultron. I personally enjoyed this movie even though I felt the first was better. The action was top notch, James Spader was perfect for Ultron, and Paul Bettany as Vision...YES!!!. #Day1 My favorite movie hands down is Jurassic Park. I grew up watching this movie every chance I got, hell I know the movie line for line. When this movie comes on TV it takes me over...I'm glued almost trance-like and I won't get up until it's over. I've learned to admire and respect films of all forms domestic and foreign...few films get a perfect score from me and #TheManFromNowhere is one of them. The perfect blend of drama, action, and emotion makes this my favorite foreign film and #2 on my all-time list.... #MovieConnoisseur

  Lately I’ve been thinking about the state of the horror genre compared to the realness it was years ago. I was exposed to the likes of Leatherface, George Romero’s Dead films, and so on as a kid and I’ve grown to replace fear with respect. I once read a article that stated that it was possible to “fry” the nerves that emit fear if your exposed to elements that affect those nerves while your young and on a somewhat constant basis, leaving you systematically numb to those feelings. I believe that has happened to me I have not been genuinely scared in A LONG TIME. Now I will say I have “reacted” to certain films that place gore above anything for instance the movie “Train” was gruesome and I felt it. What I wanted to touch on is what happened to genuine suspense to build up to scare you, I remember watching “A Haunting in Connecticut”, which I enjoyed but I couldn’t help but cringe at the cheap thrills, now a days it seems movies rely on sound effects to scare us, Oooooooo a dark hallway let’s walk, ………DUN DUN serial killer like seriously it's an act of treason. I know one reason these films end up being less than liked is because of the want to appeal to larger age demographic, make it look cool and then slap a PG-13 rating on it so families can go see it together YEYYYY!!......Um yea NO!. Making a PG-13 rated horror film is like Judas growing roses just for Jesus, just ain't right is it. I yearn for the days where you had to sneak to watch a kill flick, I miss Freddy, Jason, Mike, Leatherface, you know the legends when those movies wouldn't dare be rated PG anything. I know it's a cash world, I understand that......BUT FUCK THAT!! ALPHA OUT➡➡➡💨

         I’ve always wanted to write about my taste in music, I just never got the chance to actually sit down and spill my thoughts. See here’s the thing I’ve, to this point have a broad range of listening taste and I just want to talk about how I got to this point. Sugar We’re Going Down by Fall Out Boy and I Write Sins Not Tradegies by Panic! were the songs that ultimately led me to experiment with new music, to take a breathe of fresh air from just rap which was horribly declining.        Rap was really the only thing I listened to growing up Eminem, Kanye West, NWA, Run DMC, and The Clipse and I started see the emergence of utter shit like Soulja Boy and the abundance of what I classified as trash anthems, songs made to be catchy or to bring about stupid ass dance after stupid ass dance, and the fact that this trash was wholly accepted in most circles made it even worse. What really grinded my gears and till this day still does, is the fact these trash songs that come out with a equally trash dance or anthem drive the young teen/adult crowd fucking crazy even tho these “artist” last one year or even a few months and disappear. On to my current state since I’I’ve started to explore more avenues of music I have a greater appreciation for all music. I can honestly say I don’t listen to too much rap and hip-hop anymore unless its a new offering from an favorite artist but even then its just to gauge the integrity of the album ex (How I appreciated MMLP2 but ill still choose to listen to Em’s earlier efforts instead). As of right now I’m listening to the likes of Zedd, Skrillex, Alvin Risk, Five Finger Death Punch, Fall Out Boy, Panic, Nico Vega and Imagine Dragons as well as classic bands Maiden and Motorhead. Yes almost strictly rock and roll, metal, etc but hey thats what sounds good to me nowadays its always evolving and consistently good *shout out to 5FDP The Wrong Side Of Heaven and The Righteous Side Of Hell is a valiant effort that solidifies my stance in music LONG LIVE ROCK AND ROLL!!! \m/\m/
