" Well, usually it is a long process. I try to take as much 'data' as possible on the person being judged. Of course, if there is actual proof that the person did it, why did they do it, the person's background, if they work alone or in a group of interest, and so on... Sure it takes time but I do not want to 'punish quickly' and move on. Each person deserves a proper trial, even the more questionable or dangerous individuals."

Also, would you say that people within groups are more often peer pressured than fully willing? I found that that’s often the case with who I deal with.
