Wie das Vergangne unabänderlich war, würden die Hoffnungen unabänderlich bleiben, und sie, die einmal, als wir jung waren, solch glühende Hoffnungen gehegt hatten, würden sich, indem wir diese wieder wachriefen, damit ehren lassen.
