We also have Schizotypal Personality Disorder on our records but we have never been officially told that. Not posted here for a very long time. I guess I’m just content with my own life and future so I have been trying to avoid anything depressing etc.

The kids, and grown ups really, have missed posting. I gently requested for them not to as it may bring us down.

Plus me and my partner have been ridiculously busy. It’s been nice.

Me trying to figure out if what my brain just said is an intrusive thought, a hallucination, or one of the alters

What classes are you doing?

I wasn't really going to say as a lot of people don't agree with it and/or believe it so I've just been posting for my own benefit really but heyho I'll tell you anyway. I've started practicing to become a spiritual medium. I used to practice it in my teenage years however when I went to the psychiatric hospital they stamped it out of me even though they said they supported any religion. I'm very excited about it and looking forward to the next one on Monday. I was impressed at how well I did last week and I was buzzing all night and couldn't sleep 😂 we saw a medium last night on a charity event we went to with a friend who said to me "you're having trouble sleeping and are waking up at the same time every night because you are buzzing aren't you?" I was like "sums it up" and he said that my mother in law has been around and I can sense her hence waking up. I've heard it from a few different people that she is very supportive of me in doing these classes which is lovely. Anyway I'm rambling so I will shush now 😀

Thoroughly enjoyed tonight. Its so uplifting to have confirmation and to be told that they are listening. It means the world 😊 - Kat
