Bonus Question: As serious otherkin, how many times have you been subjected to “kin for fun” jokes and jabs?

1 I first realized I was an alien when I was 6 but I didn't start identifying as otherkin until I was around 18. As a kid I have always been interested in space, I even wanted to be an astrophysicist at one point. I've also been told that I'm autistic but that's likely due to the fact that human social customs are literally alien to me. 2 I rarely get phantom shifts and if I do it's only ever a tingling sensation where my wings come out of my back. I get tons of mental shifts because I just get memories at completely random times and whenever I do I feel very inhuman for a time - and of course I have tons of memories in my dreams. And even in dreams that aren't memories, I'm still my 'alien self' or a mix between my human body and alien body. And I've been having shifts since I was 6. 3 I have two kintypes, alienkin and divinekin. I realized I was a divine kind of...around 11 years old but I couldn't really conceptualize what that meant until later when I was a teen. 4 I'm pretty sure my kintypes fall under the spiritual category because of the reincarnation stuff. 6 I really don't remember anything before I was 6 years old XD. 7 My species has a lot of markings all over our bodies with one main marking being on the chest and arm that basically represents you/your personality/your soul/etc - kind of like a name. But that symbol of a blue flame and a diamond has been really consistent throughout my childhood. 9 I get more memories than shifts. 12 yes 13 techno/rave music really reminds me of home, and every now and then I'll see a spaceship rendering that feels familiar. But other than that there's nothing on earth that I can really compare. 14 Being cold. my species is literally made of plasma and getting too cold could just outright kill you or could induce a sickness that almost always leads to death. I, as a human, hate the cold. I wasn't really afraid of much in my other life but being in a fragile body that can't fly has given me new fears, like a fear of heights. 17 Well when I die my soul will go home so I kind of will 'become' my kintype lol. I'm not ready to go home now though so that probably won't happen for at least a few more decades. 18 I first discovered the otherkin community when it was super popular in the mid to late 2010s and at first I was really put off by it but when I looked into what otherkin actually was instead of just what humans were saying about it I was like 'oh wait that makes sense' 20 I don't really have a way to connect to my kintype, I'm not like a wolf who can build a den under a desk unfortunately. I have been getting more into physical activity because moving and fighting are just very familiar to me. 21 As a kid I understood that I was an alien but I didn't really think about it until I was 15ish and at that time I just wanted so badly to be normal and be human but after I graduated highschool, a lot of that social pressure just fell away and I was able to explore my identity more. bonus q; this blog is really my first time speaking openly about my otherkinity with anyone that isn't my mom so I didn't even know about the whole 'kin for fun' thing - and I'm hoping I don't interact with those people they sound exhausting XD

It is the most random shit. I can't even analyze what it means because all I have is a blurry speculatation on the cause of it. Why my left forearm in particular?

as I get older I receive more memories of my other life and it has just gradually become more and more real

edit: for ppl with multiple types you would be able to change between them, but not to your current human form.
