like he and barry aren’t exactly close, so he gets most of his info about him secondhand from joe and iris so whenever he asks about barry they’re like “oh he’s with cisco”
and he thinks he remembers joe saying barry was dating joe’s partner at the the ccpd so it must be this cisco dude joe’s always talking about working with
cisco comes over for dinner one night and he and barry are sitting next to each other and they have all these inside jokes and they keep touching each other so yeah, boyfriends.
whenever he sees barry he’s like yes and how is cisco and barry’s like fine???
but he then goes on and on about some neat thing cisco just invented cause his bff is the coolest and wally’s like wow look at the love in his eyes
everyone hanging out and barry and cisco have to sneak out to go stop a meta and wally’s like those lovebirds
wally gets a SO and invites barry and cisco on a double date but they think he just wants to introduce them
barry and cisco going to grab dinner and inviting wally along but wally’s like nah i don’t wanna crash date night
and they’re like i’m sorry what now?
and wally just lists off all the “you two are clearly in a loving monogamous relationship” evidence
and cisco’s like no way we’re dating and i don’t even get to make out with barry
and barry’s like wait you wanna make out with me?
so they go to the movies and make out in the back row and it’s beautiful
