A moment of appreciation and intention. So often I crave rhythm, flow, and purpose in some of the things in my day to day life. Trying to clean, cook, work, and keep things organized physically and mentally not just to be a good wife, but to be the best person I can be and because those things bring me joy. So now I have decided to start every morning sitting with myself, filling out my planner with my cup of tea, and reflect on what the day holds for me and what the intention is that I want to set for the day. What do I want to bring to my life or the life of others today. Because I understand the power of words, I am putting out here into this realm of the internet as a way to hold me accountable and remember the things that used to bring joy on a daily basis and bring back some of those things.
