lassie is just as pedantic as gus and they make the world's most accurate christmas crafts. shawn's has santa with aviators on.

lassie cannot STAND shawn but has never gotten more of a rush than when he pulls one over on him. it's like crack to him. and the other two will back him and he feels a cool guy walking away from an explosion. however most of the time they all think lassie is being a fucking weirdo (he is).

shawn likes to steal lassie's ties. juliet doesn't save him when lassie kicks his chair legs out from under him and shawn's like, BETRAYAL. gus is just happy his ties are safe (they're not).

all of them know that gus and shawn prioritize one another above All Else, at least when it comes down to it, cuz they will sell each other for half a corn chip. still, nothing will ever beat shawn and gus.

juliet is a mess. lassie is a clean freak. shawn is a mess. gus is a clean freak.

juliet knows how to cook, but gets annoyed being the only woman AND the only cook, so she tries to teach the others. shawn makes the best, weirdest shit you've ever seen, but never puts the effort in. gus follows recipes like it's the LAW, and gets anxious over "brand-name" recipes to the point where juliet gets fed up. lassie is the opposite, in a "baking soda and powder are the same thing" way (and his competitive nature to beat shawn, who's bullshitting everything, jumps out, but lassie isn't so good at bullshitting), and juliet is so, so tired. she's not even a GOOD cook guys she just isn't an idiot in the kitchen (was taught by family growing up). they eventually figure out ways to share the work: rewrite the recipes for gus, lassie does the grilling/stirring/prepping (as long as he's not making ingredient decisions). shawn is like. allowed to make stuff but not alongside other people lest they strangle him

lassie has his own house the entire time. so does gus. at some point they cohabitate decently, don't hate it, and consider doing so long-term down the line. juliet and shawn live together. shawn wants to live with all of them and literally nobody else wants this. gus is willing to do a duplex situation, but lassie takes hella convincing. lassie does most of the yard work. juliet wants to make the yard into a native-plants garden, this caused lots of hijinks (gus has an allergic reaction, lassie has a conniption over disorganization, shawn convinces someone to give him a super rare plant)
