i went down some deep ends this last year, really sunk to the bottom and lay around with the crabs and the shrimp and the shells. but all of it was internal. in my mind. [not real]

the good things stick: the friends, the music, the art, the writing, the reading, the conversations

the bad things fall away: self-doubt, worry, anxiety, depression

it's all in our perspective, this life. we can change it at anytime, and we should welcome that. you can surprise people every single day. and so you should.
