I’ve now 3D printed over 1,500 face shield stiffeners that will go to create an equal amount of face shields. Last nights printing produced about 160 face shield stiffeners. That should put me on track for over 300 a day. Which is a drop in the bucket compared to the 6000 that are needed per day. Maker Nexus is now making approx. 600 face shields a day by using injection molding and to keep up 300+ Bay Area folks with 3D printers are making these.
