🏠 did a good amount of spring summer cleaning to get ready for friends to visit next weekend

I've taken a little break after finals to chill. I'm going to my aunt's later this week, she lives near the beach!!

also I'm moving apartments at the end of this month which is exciting but also stressful since I can no longer nag my brothers to help me move (they have full time jobs in different states now 😔💔). I don't have classes this summer, just research but I may try to prepare myself for quantum II and numerical analysis,,, also yes this is in fact another picture from my trip to the chicago botanical garden 😃 (I have too many haha)

Hi study tumblr, I’m back like I never left. Recently quit my 9-5 and whilst I’m looking for the next thing I’m excited to go back to the beginning and re-learn (or just learn) aspects of web design I missed or have never felt confident in. Sooo yeah, I guess a part does like academia just not when it’s forced.

felt. to prepare for my comps, i started listening to this short podcast where different alzheimers disease researchers were interviewed each week.. and the only way I could focus is if i made myself take notes while listening. even then, it was difficult.
