Silentes is an independent Italian record label specializing in ambient, experimental electronic, drone, post-industrial, electroacoustic, and other forms of sonic exploration. It was founded in 2004 by Stefano Gentile in Vittorio Veneto.

Silentes was established following the closure of Amplexus, another label created by Stefano Gentile in the 1990s that earned a strong reputation within the international ambient music scene. Amplexus released works by artists such as Steve Roach, Robert Rich, and Michael Stearns before being succeeded by Silentes.Within the European ambient and experimental music scene, Silentes is widely regarded as one of Italy's most important and enduring independent labels, particularly for its catalog of dark ambient, drone, and deep-listening electronic music.
