Mal au ventre / belly ache

The cramps are so deep inside my soft belly…

They’re not just on the surface — they’re sinking so deep into my warm, mushy tummy, twisting and throbbing in the most sensitive spots. My soft belly feels so vulnerable right now, every cramp going so deep it makes me gasp and curl up tighter.

The cramps are violent. Deep, brutal spasms that twist and punch inside my poor little tummy without mercy. Every few minutes a new wave hits me and I double over sharply, gasping as I clutch my belly with both hands. My soft tummy feels so tight and swollen, and the pain is radiating everywhere. I keep trying to breathe through it, but I can’t stop folding in half, knees pulled up, rocking myself while I rub desperate circles over my aching skin.

I’ve always had a sensitive little tummy. I get stomach aches pretty often, and when they hit, they usually get really intense — the kind that make me curl up in bed, whimpering and pressing hard on my soft belly for hours.

Woke up in the middle of the night gasping from the intense cramps… 😩💕

My belly is killing me. Sharp, deep waves of pain that keep pulling me into a tight little ball, both hands clutching my swollen tummy as I whimper into my pillow. I can’t even lie flat anymore.
