One of my favorite moments from my Annapurna Timelapse film. I was hoping to get more starry nights, but I soon learned that clouds rolled in the Himalayas usually in the afternoon.. so opportunities were rare. Luckily I had to wake up in the middle of the night to go pee that I saw such an amazingly clear sky. I rushed to setup my Timelapse gear and get as much as I could before sunrise. If you look closely you can see both Antares.. one of the largest stars in our galaxy, and the Milky Way rising over Annapurna II. #adventure #timelapse #annapurna #himalayas #nepal #stars #travel (at Annapurna circuit Nepal)
