Engaging with people has always been a challenge for me. I have always been a huge introvert. As a trainer I have to shift myself from my true introvert self to an extrovert image. I thank God for opportunities like this to unwind and engage with fun loving people. The food was great and the conversations were meaningful. I did not have to shift my persona.
