ResourceRules.plist: cannot read resources

Last week Jenkins started acting up and would not sign our builds. Turns out there has been a change in XCode 6.1. The fix was as always found on stack

Click on your project > Targets > Select your target > Build Settings >

Code Signing Resource Rules Path

and add :

$(SDKROOT)/ResourceRules.plist
