They had hanging out for a couple hours, just chilling and watching reruns of “The Office” before they eventually came to an agreement that they were dying of starvation and needed food, so Chae threw some frozen chicken nuggets into the oven as a quick fix.

It was an hour and a half later when the smell of smoke filled her flat, setting the smoke alarms off. They had gotten so into the episode of the television show that they were on that they had completely forgotten about the nuggets, which were catching fire one by one within the oven. The loud beeping of the smoke alarms making them panic, Chae frantically pulled the nuggets out of the oven while Jude filled a mixing bowl with water and proceeded to dump it on the pan, extinguishing the flames.
