it’s hypnotic to live without fear -

This is my story on autopilot. 

On these streets, there is a pursuit of happiness -

all the stars and the American Dream.

It wears me out...because it’s a big fish to fry and

I’m usually devastated. 

This moment in time seems like it’s my last straw. 

Loyalty, my heart, the river, my state of mind -

an Empire and the rain on the windshield 

got me thinking...
