An exit is an entrance into another place. 2017 was a rollercoaster ride through flames, cold and many obstacle courses. In the end, I smile because it was all part of the process and I can officially say I owned 2017. 2018, here I come.

My encouragement

I didn't choose the word "reflection" without first putting it to thought. It would be kinda right to use the word "impression" as this is what you leave with people long after you're gone but impressions on their own give room for presumption and expectations which is subject to the preference or bias of the impressed. The reflection I speak of is the rub on effect of someone's attitude or attribute on another even in the faintest of expressions. That little something becomes a part of the person like a magnet leaves some magnetic properties on the metal that stuck to it for a while. Make it count.

Being real is a scarce quality. Choose to be real.

Focus is key. Distractions isn't an option.

It has been said, "Practice makes perfect" but practice can be a cycle in mediocrity with much effort and commitment but little or no change at all if it isn't done with the intention of actually getting better. Going through a process without consciously subjecting oneself to be processed still churn out crude results. Don't hate the process since it is the product that is in view. Don't rush through the process or it will be one's undoing.

The best way to move ahead is to start. If you start nothing, you'll achieve nothing 100% of the time. That you failed or didn't reel in a catch is not a loss. It is lesson learnt and experience gained.

It is possible to hold a mindset encoded to think and operate in ways far beyond any present level. If it is relevance beyond your present sphere of influence that you seek, have your operations constructed on ideas and ideals beyond your current sphere. Seek and sought to know the operations beyond borders and implement them in your day-to-day runnings.

It's high time we stop putting numbers to our days and make the numbers of our days count.

The power of will has been known to translate ideas into actions, beliefs into works, ideologies into movements. Once a decision is cleared for execution, the fuel for delivery is supplied by the will. Same also applies to being planted, unmovable, and unshaken in what one puts his or her faith in. Sheer will alone is like a wild energetic stallion that must be tamed with adequate knowledge and understanding outside of which chaos is inevitable. Zeal without knowledge is a stone throw from disaster. Electricity conducted across a circuit will light a bulb, therefore, make sure the framework of your daily thinking is patterned after accurate information and adequate understanding.

Being real with anyone should start from being real with you.

Remember this: It is only a knockout when you remain floored. Get up and keep on keeping on.
