Image description: screenshot from the Miriam Webster website with the definition of the word, fascism as follows:
Fascism - noun
1) a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
2) a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control

If this definition describes the movement or the situation, or actions of any individual or group then it describes the movement, the situation, or those actions.
MSM creates false equivalencies (whether intended or not) when they donât describe news thoroughly and accurately. A journalist would not be taking sides describing a movement, individual or group as fascist in their reporting if facts fit the accepted description (usually from a dictionaryâŚ) ďżź
Also, fascists, donât get to say theyâre not if their actions fit the description.
So, you can look at a political party like the GQP, and see whether or not their policies/actions are fascist by comparing them with the definition. Ideas are one thing, actual actions are fact, and cannot be denied. (Well, most people canât deny their actions, because they are real. The GQP does seem to have a bit of a habit of denying actual actions, but letâs not go there for the moment.) ďżź
Spoiler alert: the definition of this word describes so much of the GQPâs actions.
