(To be honestā¦she felt a kinship with the mythical pokemon. She too, had been villainized or feared for factors simply out of her control. Although for her it was simply her appearance leading to an unfair reputation--not the nightmarish power that Darkrai possesed.)

(*Eram sprouts a flower from a suddenly formed nose, that quickly decays)

(*Eram uses Snowgrave on Staraptor, aiming the move in hopes of getting the rest of the party (including Susie, Korrina, and Urbain) into the blast of ice crystals)
Normally I wouldn't have used ice attacks... but I've learnt about mimicry...
(Susie's world comes crashing down in one, horrible moment. SNOWGRAVE. THAT's the spell that Flowery mentioned. And it was headed straight towards her friends.)
GUYS LOOK OUT!
(Thankfully, Korrina's on the move quicker.)
MACHAMP! WIDE GUARD!
(The superpower pokemon creates a barrier that protects the group from the spell's FATAL power, reducing it to...simply dealing ridiculous amounts of damage. Of course it would, because wide guard protects from moves that hit multiple targets....but even a defensive move won't be able to stop the attack from dealing damage. Thankfully it did protect the humans+monster from harm.)

(*Eram flies at Scolipede at ramming speeds while on fire 3 times, stopping infront of Susie's pokemon on the last dash)

(Scolipede's inflicted with a burn...and also weakened by the prior icy attack. Despite this, the megapede toughs it out. It knows everything's riding on this.)

(Meanwhile, Darkrai's health...is depleting!? Mega evolving unwillingly is really taking a toll on it. But Korrina and Urbain are doing good enough damage too. Floette, being Floette, uses light of ruin.)

(*Eram looks at their torso in visible disgust, Eram is now enraged...) (*Eram uses Jarona close combat on Darkrai out of frustraition, before flying back over to fight with Susie)

(The attack pretty much SHATTERS any remaining health Darkrai had...and the mega crystals on it shatter. Then, in a flash of light...it's no longer mega evolved.)
...well that makes our life a lot easier...

(Meanwhile, Susie's struggling to keep her composure.)

(*Meowstic is plunged into a nightmare, as Eram swells up again...)
