Or in Sandcastles in the Sand when Simon dumped her, it was Barney, who was there for her. Or the time he helped her to stay in the United States, when preparing her for the citizenship test.

What if How I Met Your Mother had a spin off about Barney telling his daughter the story of how he met her mother, and the show was called “Wait For It…”
